Our cabin was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and great. Service was great! Would stay there again!

Loved it. Stayed in a rustic cabin. It was perfect 4 us going to Cedar point. They have fun stuff 4 the kids. The only thing I did not agree with was our time was limited due 2 spending it at Cedar Point, we had limited time 2 utilize the campground fun. Due 2 teenagers fighting they shut down the park which was very unfair to the little kids. It was one of the only times we had to use it.

When we did a late check in no one was there. Our keys were outside on the door. Our air conditioner in 258 was extremely loud and made it almost impossible to sleep. The campers behind us were up making noise until 2am. We called multiple times no answer and even walked down no one was at the guard shack the two times we checked. Bathrooms were disgusting

We had a nice clean mobile home. The pool was great as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Great location to Cedar Point park!

Our cabin was nice, and clean. The mattresses are horrible. Cabins are so close to each other. Having a fire at night so close to cars and cabins is uncomfortable.

We've stayed here a few times a summer for years. The cabins are always well maintained and the employees very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept. You can tell the owners care. We'll be back at least a couple of more times this season.

This was the nicest place we have ever stayed. We loved that it was on the bay front, there is a catch and release pond, 2 pools, the mining thing was super awesome and we had so much fun doing that!!! The jumping pillow/playground were a hit with our kids as well! With how packed the campground was it was so quiet! The Rustic Cabin was just perfect for 2 of us with a close by washroom! Thanks!!!!

We had a great time in Sandusky and the cabin we rented exceeded my expectations. We will definitely stay again!!

We had a great time. I believe the lady's name was Lori she worked mostly at the counter and phones in the store. A tall blond with glasses. I can't say enough how nice she was. A GREAT person!! Please let her know how valuable she is to the campground. She went out of her way so many times to take care of us., she personally made our trip memorable. I hope I ever name right, thank you to everyon

The staff was very nice and accommodating! We got there early to swim, but our cabin was ready early and they let us go a few hours early before 4pm check in. Some complained about the train on the reviews, but our cabin was right by it and we didnt feel any shaking and it didn't wake us. I brought ear plugs just in case, but never used them. Room was nice and clean, bring your own sheets tho!

The cabin we stayed at was perfect it felt very clean and had everything we wanted and needed, the ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful when we needed to checkout.

It was great! All staff were very friendly from check in to check out! Our air in the cabin wasn’t working and within 5 min of us going to the office maintenance was there and had it fixed in no time! We loved our stay and will be planning to come back next year! Thanks to ALL staff! We also got to talk to some permanent campers and they were all so very nice as well!

The campground is wonderful, great location, facilities, and great entertainment for every age. But the staff there are exceptionally wonderful. I have been to other campgrounds that have great entertainment and nice facilities and have bad staff. And it makes it unenjoyable. The staff at the KOA in Sundusky/Bayshore really go above and beyond. I’ll give them a 10+

We stayed in the deluxe three bedroom cabin. We were pleasantly surprised to find that linens were provided. The cabin was clean. Although this campground is smack-dab in the middle of a neighborhood abutting an apartment complex, you'd never know it. Once in the campground, there is a wooded trail and a beautiful view and access to Lake Erie for kayaking and canoeing.

Just a short overnight stay, but check-in was smooth and staff was friendly. Cabin was clean and A/C worked well. Cabins are packed pretty close together, not a lot of space.

The restroom and Shower area were not clean at all and were pretty nasty and smell real bad. Ended up showering at our friend's boat marina which was a lot cleaner. We were pretty disappointed to see this as we have camped here before with no issues but was a lot cleaner.

This campground was amazing! The service was friendly, the staff was efficient, the cabin was roomy and reasonable, and the grounds were well maintained. They thought of everything a family needs! Thank you, KOA Sandusky!

It was raining when we arrived and I asked the desk clerk if a cabin was available. She reviewed all the options and the rates. After unloading we read the rules and realized we had overlooked our dog when we upgraded to the cabin. I walked over to the office and explained to the clerk and the owner came out and thanked me for being honest and allowed us stay. I can't thank him enough. :)

My overall experience out of 10 would have to say it was about a 5 because it is very important that when you go on vacation that you be around people that look like me...I was told that k o a Sandusky koa was 30 to 40% African-American ..it was not so I felt a bit uncomfortable and they was not friendly at all they.. didn't look at me at all I feel out of place also the bathrooms were nasty the

We stayed in a camping cabin which was actually just a run down tiny mobile home. We arrived at 11 and it wasn't cleaned after the last people had stayed there. The camp office was closed so we couldn't ask anyone to clean it for us. All the linens were dirty on the beds. The trash was over flowing. There was a pile of sand in the tub. The blinds fell off one of the windows onto the bed.
