Best Ways To Reach Our Front Desk Team

Whether you need questions answered about booking an upcoming stay, need edits made to your current reservation or more! We are here to help!

We can be reached via phone at 831-722-0551 or via email at [email protected] and believe us, it can get BUSY around here!

It is our goal to respond to all voicemails and emails within 24 hours, however, response times may vary depending on volume and availability. If you are having a difficult time reaching us by phone, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you please leave us a voicemail or send us an email detailing how we may be of help. We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours. We do have team members in other areas of our park that may be able to respond to emails sooner than our team working at the front desk would be able to answer the phone if they are currently taking care of guests on site.

The most difficult time to reach us will be during the daily check in times of 2PM for RVs and tent sites and 4PM for cabins.

Please note that site locking services are not available directly through the website. However, we are happy to assist you with this request. A service fee of $22.40 applies for site locking. For assistance, please contact us directly via phone or email.

We can't wait to hear from you!

NO EXTRA PEOPLE FEES

This KOA doesn't charge extra people fees with your reservation. Each site includes the following in the base rate:
  • RV and Tent sites: nightly rate includes up to 6 people
  • Cabins: nightly rate includes up to the number of people the cabin sleeps

NUMBER OF GUESTS PER RESERVATION

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, limits are enforced on the number of people who may be at the campground per reservation. This will be dictated by the site type that was booked. Please ensure that you are providing the total number of all guests that will be joining you during your stay when booking your reservation to ensure that you are booking an adequate number of sites to accommodate all of your guests. There are some sites that allow for more occupancy than others. This information can be found on our booking page and you are more than welcome to contact our front desk to discuss any questions that you may have.

A wristband is required for all guests at the campground and for the use of the recreation amenities. A guest will count toward the total occupancy of the site upon receiving a wristband (children under the age of 3 are not required to wear a wristband but will be accounted for in your occupancy). Our front desk will not be able to issue more wristbands than indicated according to the max occupancy of your site.

  • At check-in, you will be asked to verify the number of guests associated with your site. Please give the names of all guests you wish to provide access to the property and should receive a wristband.
  • A limit of 2 to 12 people per site (depending on site type) will be enforced. That total number includes both the number of people on your reservation and any day visitors. If you already have the maximum number of people on your reservation, additional day visitors are not allowed.

RV and Tent sites are limited to 6 people per site.
An exception will be made for single families of more than 6 people staying in a Tent or RV site. This would be an adult parent, their spouse, and their children. This would not include nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc.. This exception will not be made for guests staying in Cabins and additional sites would be required in this case.

Camping Cabins, Deluxe Cabins and Glamping Cabins are limited to the maximum occupancy and this number ranges depending on the floor plan of the cabin. The number of guests/visitors per site cannot exceed the maximum sleeping capacity of the accommodation.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in our efforts to make every stay enjoyable and ensure that all guests will have access to the amenities that they are here to enjoy.

CANCELLATION GUIDELINES

Effective July 1, 2024, pursuant to new California law, guests booking a stay in lodging (cabins in our case) in California may cancel a reservation without penalty up to 24 hours after the reservation is confirmed and receive a full refund. Accessibility

We're proud to offer accessible accommodations so all guests can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable camping experience. Our accessible Deluxe Cabin features a ramped entry, wider doorways, a roll-in shower with grab bars and a fold-down seat, and a lower sink for convenience. The campground is designed with accessibility in mind, including wheelchair-friendly paths and public areas. If you have any specific needs or questions before your stay, our team is happy to help—just give us a call at 1-831-722-0551.

SPEED LIMIT

The speed limit throughout our park is 5 MPH. This speed limit also applies to bikes, scooters, and golf carts. Please be extra cautious as there are many little children playing near or on our roadways. Parents/Guardians, please keep an eye on your little ones and both teach them to obey the speed limit on their bikes and scooters, as well as look out for traffic on our roads.

Thank you all for keeping this a safe place for everyone!

VEHICLE POLICY

Parking for 2 passenger vehicles are included with your reservation fees per reservation. We do allow additional vehicles at a rate of $10 per vehicle. If any of these vehicles obstruct the road in any way, we do ask that you park them in our overflow lot near the office/front entrance. We have a lot of big rigs come through our park and they need space to pull in and out of their sites. If the road is obstructed, it makes it very hard for some of these longer rigs.

We ask that you do not park your vehicle in a site that may seem unoccupied, as there may be a late night arrival in that site and we would not want to have to possibly wake you to have the vehicle be moved. If it doesn't fit in the site you have paid for, it goes in overflow, please!

Thank you for your understanding!

GOLF CART POLICY

Personal use Golf Carts are permitted on KOA property and are only to be driven by someone with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. The speed limit of 5MPH applies.

We do not offer golf cart rentals.

PET POLICY

While we do not have breed restrictions here at our park, we do require that your pet be well mannered and friendly with other pets and people. Pets are expected to not disrupt the enjoyment of our park for other guests with loud or continuous barking.

Pet friendly Deluxe Cabins require a $25 per stay, per pet fee.
Pet friendly Camping Cabins require a $10 per stay, per pet fee.
We do not charge a pet fee on RV and Tent sites. We do ask that you notify us of the breed and color of your pet should we ever need to help your friend find their way home.

Pets are not allowed in our store, in our pool enclosure, in the sand pit surrounding the bounce pillow, on the bounce pillow, inside the Sand Shack, or on the playground.

It is expected that your pet will be securely placed on a leash while at your site and throughout the park, unless either inside your RV/Tent/Cabin or in a designated pet play structure. Should your pet be leashed at your site, the pet should not be able to reach any individual or other pet using our roads or pathways.

Please always clean up after your pet to keep our park clean and enoyable for everyone.
