The campgrounds were very nice. The pool seemed to really only accommodate very young children and the bathrooms had a terrible smell every time we entered.

Just had one hiccup , had to move sites because of a sewer issue. We were in 44 moved to 55 of course that wasn’t fun.

Beautiful views and a short walk to the beach are a plus. So much for families to do in the park or surrounding area. Thank you Glenn and Staff for your hospitality.

Great place for families! Our kids enjoyed the jumpy pillow, the playground and the pool. Our cabin was clean and just what we needed for a few days away. Proximity to Santa Cruz & Capitola was great. We will be back!

Very nice spots to stay, even with a very busy campground. The pool being the same depth provided peace of mind for us grandparents watching our 9 & 5 year olds.

We love your location! We always stay in airstream 4 and was sad to see there was no canopy. Also our friends were in airstream 3 and the stove and outdoor grill weren’t working well. They had to cook all their food in our airstream and on our grill. That’s the only reason I would give you 4 stars. Other than that, our experience is always great and kids love the activities! We will be back!

Had a wonderful stay. Everything neat and clean. Lots of helpful staff. My only :( was that the dog park was very muddy. I'm sure with the extra sunshine this week it will be drier.

Pretty sure the info about the popular cabin said it had direct access to the beach (they do not) and the nearest toilets were ooo Also there was a skunk on site that skunked us! We had a nice stay though and will return

The Kamp site was perfect, the people were very nice, happy and helpful. The store had everything we needed. The pool was clean and refreshing. The play areas and outside games for kids and adults were enjoyed by us and our grandkids. The location to Santa Cruz and Monterey is ideal. Very nice.

I went to shower in the showers near my campsite 207. They are coed showers. I thought nothing of it at first. While I was showering some young men maybe three of them ages 18-23 came into the showers talking about very inappropriate things-jacking off in the showers. They banged on my shower door and as a woman in there alone I felt afraid. This should change before someone gets assaulted or hurt

We had an excellent stay, except for the sewer smell in our cabin, it went away once and then came back! We may come and stay again but we will hopefully get another space!

It was good, but very loud with people blasting music very loud during the day & several neighbors very loud well past quiet hours.

We love this KOA! This was our second stay at this location. Really family friendly and centered around kids. We were a bit disappointed with the general store staff this trip. I, both my sisters, and our neighbors both brought up the fact that the staff at the store were inattentive, not helpful, and unfriendly. Besides that aspect, we love this place and will definitely be back.

We stayed in a full hookup spot next to nature preserve and loved it. We have 8 year old twins and they had so much fun swimming, playing at the park, jumping on the air pillow, and riding around on their bikes. We are definitely going again.

The Stsff we’re both friendly and knowledgeable. The campgrounds themselves were kept immaculate. All of the facilities were well taken care of and in good repair. All of the fellow campers we interacted with were friendly and kind. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

We enjoyed the convenience of everything you had to offer! The hot tub and heated pool was a highlight for the parents and the playground and bounce pads were a hit with the kids! It was also nice being able to do laundry on site and the bathrooms were so clean! We also took advantage of the dog parks and were grateful for all the poop bag stations places around the park. A very good stay!

We’ve been coming to this campground for 10 years. The prices keep going up, while the service continues to decline. You rarely see any staff around the campground. The cable was super fuzzy at multiple sites. People were drinking beer out of glass bottles and spilling them in the hot tub. Why post “no glass”, “no pets”, and “no diving” in the pool area if no one is going to enforce

The cabin was very nice but it smelled terrible we think from the previous family there. Smelled like fried food or fish. No cooking stove so they must have brought an electric skillet. We called after hours as the smell was terrible. A night manager came and smelled it and gave us a air spray that smelled much better. Had to get up during the night hourly to spray again. We appreciated it lots.

We would choose a different cabin next time, this one had too many unnecessary stairs inside, bed was too firm. The campground itself was wonderful, we really enjoyed staying there!

The bathroom was closed by our site. We have a tent trailer. It made our stay much less pleasant. We have stayed here before. Site 28 area both times. This section -the sites are too close together. But the pool and kid activities are great for our grand children.

Cabins are nice, clean and cozy. Bathrooms well kept clean. People were great. Nice small community. We had fun. Will be back soon.

We love this place. I've spent time at many Koa over the years and they are all clean, fun for the kids and so close to Monterey pier and Santa cruz boardwalk. Over the years I've stayed here 5 or 6 times. The only drawback is the price it is very spendy. We pay half the fee at the booking and we save for the rest. Never had any problems with the camp sites or the management I have given it 4 stars, not 5 stars because of the price of the lodging. My favorite Koa is Manchester Beach.
