We had a lovely cabin on the hill. Perfect location and wonderful staff. Even with Covid restrictions we had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again.

My site was very quiet, even though it was Memorial Day weekend. Easy to get into. The folks running the KOA were very friendly and hospitable. The owner was onsite and made sure we were well taken care of. I will visit again soon.

We had great interactions with the staff, and minimal interactions with other campers. Enjoyed access to the store, pool, clean restrooms, etc. Lots of kids, but noise levels were reasonable. We were out cycling much of the stay.

Best camping experience I’ve had. Campsite number 6 will forever be our go to. Staff was amazing and had no issues

Great staff. This is the KOA to go to if you like to walk the hills because everything is on a different elevation. The views are worth the climb.

Loved our cabin--beautiful view, comfortable beds and lots of hot water for showers, enjoyed our campfire. Everything was clean and well cared for. Staff was awesome. Thanks for a great stay!

From the phone call to reserve to the stay, the interaction w all staff was great. Love that they have walkie talkie @ office for after hours. LOVE 24 hrs laundry & Microwave in there. Stuff for kids was awesome. The info & #'s for supervisor & owner reassured us if we had a problem we could get help. Awesome time all around. Reception was not great for school & work but over all great.

We had a wonderful time, did not want to leave. Cabin was furnished with the perfect supplies. Everything inside and out was sparkling clean. We will go back for sure! Campground is maintained very well. All the roads are taken care of. All of the staff we encountered was friendly and wanted to make sure we were having a good time and all was okay.

Man oh Man where do i even begin with santa margarita KOA! first off what a absolutley beautiful place this is. You have every thing you could possibly have to stay here comfortably ..for ever:) There are hot showers. The water stays nice and hot not just kinda warm.The views are all round breathtaking. It has been one of my favorite places to share with family and friends. The staff are all great

Trying out our new to us RV. All was good, had a great site (56). I did see a potentially dangerous issue, site 55 has an overhanging tree that appears to be dead. Would hate to see it fall on someone’s unit.

This was my first time back in over 10 years and the improvements made have been substantial. It was my daughters first time ever going camping and she loved it! The pool was on the cold side but it was still so much fun! We’ll be back for sure especially since she’s already saying that she wants to go back! The staff were great, so friendly I can’t say enough nice things about this place!

We had a great time. We rode our bikes, hiked and kayaked at the lake. We had a couple of nights where our neighbors were noisy after 10 PM. Otherwise, great first time visit.

Amazing Camping. A lot of to do with kids. So nice swimming pool and Zip Line area. I am recommend this a special at the week days!

5 stars for sure ! What hidden gem ! Wolf & Lisa and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly, very helpful as well as extremely knowledgeable of the area. My wife and I had a great time enjoying the camp store as well as the lake and the surrounding area. The campground was very well kept and clean we cant wait to make it back again. Thanks KOA
