It’s always a wonderful experience! My friends and I stay here every time we have a vacation and it’s always clean, quiet, and just perfect. The entire staff is wonderful and so sweet, not to mention very accommodating when it comes to getting firewood after store hours haha. We’ve come back three or four times not only because it’s a safe area, but because everyone is so friendly!

I have stayed here many times over the years. I think my first visit was over 30 years ago. The campground has never looked better. Everything appears well maintained and I could see many upgrades since the last time I was there. The maintenance staff deserves a big shout out and of course the office staff were very friendly and welcoming as usual.

It has has been a long time since we stayed there but they have really upgraded the facilities. The staff was very helpful and responsive. The experience became a great, short weekend. We will have to stay longer next time.

We enjoyed Cabin 3 very much, as usual. Very clean and comfortable. We had plans to use the oven that had been there, but understand about going all electric.

We stayed in a delux cabin for two nights and had a wonderful time. The kids loved visiting Kevin the emu and the jumping pillow. The grounds were very nice and checking-in was easy with very nice people.

The cabin was comfy and clean, and everything worked. The staff was friendly and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again! The only change I would suggest is to let the camper know in advance that kitchen towels, soap, paper dishes, hair dryer, etc. are available in the cabin - I would have packed less.

Staff were very polite, stopping to chat and share info about the campground and the local area. Went above and beyond to make our group comfortable, providing heaters and a hayride to the group members. My cabin and other facilities were clean and in good repair. Really great experience.

The managers were great. I had a cabin without bath which I have done at other KOAs but this one i had no idea how hilly the campground was so my cabin was down in a cold gully with a lot of unlit stairs to traverse at night and the bathroom was freezing cold. Bathrooms had No code number entrance so i felt unsafe to take a shower. The entrance paper said there was a code but there was not any p

We had a large gaggle of ladies out for several days and rented a bunch of cabins. February was a glorious month to come and go hiking around. Horse Back Riding and Ziplining are great options nearby too. The cabins are clean and so homey. They have everything you need and plenty of space for serveal bodies. The lofts where most twins mattresses are, are short and the stairs narrow for any older

Awesome experience. Very easy check in and check out. Our deluxe cabin was perfect, clean and had more than what was needed. So nice to have several accommodations with silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker etc.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was very nice, comfortable and clean. The grounds were well kept. The jumping pillow was a blast and we loved visiting Kevin the Emu. We were very close to the lake and did some sightseeing and fishing. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to others. Thank you for making our family vacation so fun.

This KOA has been our home-away-from-home for over 30 years. Stress levels go down 10 notches as soon as we hit Santa Margarita.

Pleasant and peaceful. Was greeted by the staff. Cabin was warm and cozy, the Christmas lights on the cabin added a nice touch for the holidays!

We stayed in the winter for Christmas. Cabins were very comfortable and warm. The views of the hills were incredible and green, and they had activities for the children on Christmas eve. I also loved that we could have our dog in the rustic cabin.

Campground is beautiful. Lots of trees and greenery. We were there during a major rainstorm, which posed some challenges, but staff was very accommodating and helpful. Our kids enjoyed Kevin the emu and the special Christmas activity in the party yurt. We’d love to come back in the summertime to enjoy all of the amenities with some sunshine!

Thank you so much for the stay! Cabins were awesome, the grounds looked SO GREAT with the lights and the tree!! My girlfriend and I had a blast, and we went zip lining in the SM Adventures which was just a skip away from the campground so everything was perfect, 13/10 would recommend, thank you all have a wonderful holiday!!!

Staff was great and friendly. Grounds were clean. Lisa, Tracy and Wolf were all very helpful and fun to talk with. Really seemed like they enjoyed being there. Can’t wait for the hot tub.

I really enjoyed the use of the cabin and the owners were very accomodating. They really took care of our needs and were flexible with our requests. We had a problem with the hot water in the shower and they promised to look into it. My adult children really enjoyed our stay and they want to revisit. We did not get to do everything we could have on this short trip and so we will return.

Loved our spot high up on the hill with a beautiful view. We were very comfortable with the nice table and chairs on the concrete patio. The Adirondack chairs around the campfire completed the campsite. The camp host and support hosts were so helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome. We will be back!

I came for a family reunion on Halloween weekend and it was so fun! They had organized fall/Halloween activities for everyone. They had many different sized cabins for different needs and budgets, as well as camping and RV hookups. I stayed in a small cabin with out a restroom so I used the more public restroom which was very clean through out our stay. The staff were all SO nice and helpful!

I really enjoy KOA, very kid friendly. My kids love it, all the games we can play together as a family. The only thing is our outside electricity didn't work but the grounds keeper tried his best to get it fixed.

The deluxe cabin was awesome with the exception of one thing missing, there was no oven to bake in and it was only a 2 eye electric stove that would only allow you to cook one item at a time unless you were cooking in two really small pots

Amazing Camping. A lot of to do with kids. So nice swimming pool and Zip Line area. I am recommend this a special at the week days!

5 stars for sure ! What hidden gem ! Wolf & Lisa and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly, very helpful as well as extremely knowledgeable of the area. My wife and I had a great time enjoying the camp store as well as the lake and the surrounding area. The campground was very well kept and clean we cant wait to make it back again. Thanks KOA
