Laundry room floors were filthy and the bathrooms in the same building was supposedly being renovated but no one was doing any work.

While we only stayed overnight, we plan on returning for a longer stay. The staff was fantastic, campground was clean quiet.

beautiful spot, lot was very level, but the sewer dump was uphill from the power and water, made it very hard to get the tanks drained.

The owners are very nice and accommodating. The park is beautiful and the sunsets are amazing! There was lots of space to roam, and a pretty playground/beach for summer use. The cons: I-95 noise is very loud, internet was spotty (although they are working on that), no cable, and the laundry room could use an upgrade.

We had a lovely stay here, again. This was our 3rd visit. We arrived in time to witness a beautiful sunset. As it turned out, our site was assigned behind another camper, so our view of the sunset would be blocked... The guide to our site noticed this and moved us through the site to the next row which had a clear view to the sunset. Very much appreciated. Plan to stay there on our return trip.

We were only stopping in for overnight to break up a long drive to Florida. Arrived in the pouring rain, but staff still hopped in the golf cart to show us our site and kindly upgraded to a pull-thru due to darkness and rain! Enjoyed a little more elbow room than most KOAs. Lake was beautiful!

One night stay while on the road. Great site, friendly host who showed us to our site, and try the restaurant Good food and staff.

We were only at Santee KOA for an overnight—and arrived after dark. Someone escorted us to our pull thru site and we quickly connected water and electric. It was a quiet night. Next morning we woke up to discover a lovely campground by the lake. Will stay here again!

ONLY SPEND ONE NIGHT BUT WISHED WE COULD HAVE STAYED 20! Area by the lake is wonderful. We caught the sun going down and the lake was so peaceful. We will be back!

We only stayed a night but it was a very nice campground and we are now going to come back to spend time there on next trip. Beautiful lake views, & very clean campground. Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful.

Beautiful wooded sites. Outstanding WiFi. Great view of the lake. Making improvements to bath houses is a great idea.

Very convenient off of I-95 and people were friendly. The Lake House restaurant located next door was excellent and walkable.

This was our second visit to the campground and were not disappointed. We were there celebrating Thanksgiving and everything was wonderful; the staff, the campsite, the office fall decor. We will be back often!

Campground easy access. Beautiful sunset. Facilities are very dated and need remodeling - not our typical experience with KOA’s. They were clean just dated.
