We called to make the reservation and Beverly was very nice helping us out. We are new to RV-ing. On arrival, even though it was after 6PM and it was raining, someone came out in a golf cart to greet us, escort us to our site, assist me with the hookups and let me know the number to call for pizza. What more could you ask for?

Great stay. Easy to get to. Beautiful camp ground and awesome staff. Pizza was delicious as well. We will be back.

It's like a resort..you can order a pizza and it's delivered to your site! And so good! Everything you need.. they've got and all the employees treat you like they are really glad to see you and help in anyway. Random..after you leave they spruce up your site and clean out the ash from the fire ring..cool beans! We are about 50 miles away...it was a true vacation...lots to do..we will be bac

Great location, beautiful view of lake and nice beach.. Also we had to arrive a day after our original reservation due to RV issues and they understood. No problem. Our 2 dogs loved the area also. Very nice people and there is also a pizza place right at location. They even delivered it in golf cart and quick. Will definitely come back! Thank you for a clean campground too.

This was our 3rd time staying and it was great. Camp site was clean and peaceful as always. Staff always goes out of their way to provide us great service. Thanks, and looking forward to next time.

Dirty, unkept, beach was full of roots, it was painful to walk on. It was dirty. No one at the front when I came in. Very disappointing because Lake Marion is gorgeous. Also, dogs barked constantly.

Would be nice to have kayak, canoe or other floatation rentals. A pontoon tour would be nice. Also it would be nice if noise levels were monitored more closely by staff.

Campground still in need of updates specifically geared towards attracting families with children. The putt putt course is in need of major repairs/updates and the arcade is in need of updates.

Ami is the best. She went beyond her duty to help us obtain a spot that we were told was taken, but radioed the office when we arrived and got us there. We appreciate greatly what she did

Arriving at Santee we were very impressed. The staff is friendly and the bath house was the cleanest one I have been too. There was an incident with teenagers who started to fight at the beach area onenight and I did not feel safe given they were underage and drinking.Ifeelthe quiet time 10pm was not followed.17and younger should have an adult with them if theyare goingtobewalkingaround after10

We enjoyed our stay at the Santee Lakes KOA. The only complaint we have is the campground quiet time is 10:00 pm till 8:00 am. The restaurant next door played very loud music Friday and Saturday night past midnight each night. We were on site A6 & heard the loud music inside our rig with A/C running while trying to sleep. The restaurant needs to respect the campground quiet hours.

Family stayed on four sites for a great Labor Day weekend. Staff was super friendly and the park had lots of nice amenities.\ Will definitely be back.
