Take exit 20, head east toward Decker, then take the first right at the no outlet sign. KOA is located 0.3 miles on the left side of the road.

Did you know that Sheridan, Wyoming, and the beautiful Bighorn Mountains are home to an amazing variety of birds? Throughout the seasons, our area welcomes colorful migratory visitors, including hummingbirds, swallows, our favorite the yellow warbler and many more feathered friends! From the songs of birds in the trees to the flash of colorful wings overhead, Wyoming's great outdoors always has something wonderful to discover. As you paint your very own birdhouse, think about all the beautiful birds that make their way through our little corner of Wyoming. You might even spot a few during your stay! We'll provide a cute wooden birdhouse and colorful paints. You bring your imagination! Decorate your birdhouse with bright colors, flowers, patterns, or your very own creative design. Whether you're a little artist or just young at heart, this is a wonderful way to slow down, enjoy some campground fun, and create a special keepsake to take home. All ages welcome! Birdhouses and painting supplies provided. Watch for scheduled dates and special pop-up craft sessions throughout the camping season! Participation fee to be announced.
