If you arrive after hours looking for a spot, please check our Night Registration for available sites and payment options.  If you have any questions, feel free to call the after-hours number posted at the Night Registration area for help.

Laundry

Laundry Room is available for guests 24/7.  Change can be obtained in the office during posted business hours

Pool

Our pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and we hope you are able to come and enjoy a dip during the hours of 10 am to 8:00 pm. There is no lifeguard on duty, so we hope you understand that underage children require an adult to be with them to help prevent accidents. No glass is allowed in the pool area, and please keep all food, snacks, and beverages (water bottles ok) outside of the pool area, so it is clean for all guests. If you notice anything needing our attention, please notify one of our staff and we will gladly assist.

Fires & Firewood

We love the smell of campfires and offer firewood for sale in the General Store, and we will be happy to deliver it to your site if we are able. We do ask that you check to make sure we are not under a fire ban and be respectful of your neighbors. And please don't move the fire rings as we love to see the green grass growing all around.

Pet Policy

We're thrilled to welcome your furry family members to our KOA Holiday Campgrounds! Whether your four-legged friend loves to roam free in our KampK9® Dog Park or relax by your side at the campsite, we've got tail-wagging adventures in store. To help keep all our guests—two- and four-legged—safe and happy, please follow these guidelines:
  • Leash Up: Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside your camping unit, except when playing inside the fenced KampK9 dog park.
  • Never Left Behind: Pets should never be left unattended at your campsite. If you're heading out without them, we'd be happy to recommend a local pet daycare or boarding option.
  • Clean Up Crew: Be sure to clean up after your pets! Pet waste stations are located throughout the campground for your convenience.
  • Quiet & Courteous: Excessive barking can disturb your neighbors, so please help us keep the campground peaceful.
  • Pet-Free Zones: For everyone's health and safety, pets are not allowed in buildings, bathrooms, the pool area, playgrounds, or other posted locations. Designated pet-friendly cabins are available at select locations.
  • Aggression-Free Zone: Aggressive behavior from any pet—regardless of breed—will not be tolerated. For the safety of all guests, you may be asked to leave without a refund if your pet poses a risk to others.
  • Limit & Rules: A maximum of two pets is allowed per site. While most breeds are welcome, pets displaying aggressive behavior will not be permitted in KampK9 or other common areas.
  • Service Animals: Service animals are always welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines.

RV sites

When making an RV reservation, you must reserve a site with the electrical service that matches your RV; for example, if your RV is designed for 50 amp electrical service, you must reserve a 50 amp RV site.  We do not allow "dog bones" to connect your 50 amp to a 30 amp power pedestal; this WILL damage your RV and our electrical infrastructure and you WILL be responsible for any damage caused in this scenario.

Quiet Hours

To ensure a peaceful camping experience for all our guests, we respectfully request adherence to our quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am daily.  Please be respectful of neighboring campers and guests by turning down loud music, no screaming/yelling, and controlling dogs barking.  Thank you for understanding.

Tent Sites (be careful with your tent stakes)

When tenting, so you don't get an unwanted "charge" or "spring an unwelcome leak," we ask that you use plastic or short (less than 8" inches) stakes as our utilities and irrigation lines are close to the surface.

Generators Are Not Allowed

Generators are NOT allowed on our campground.  If you run your generator without prior approval (emergency situations only), you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Meet Your Hosts

Bill and Dawn

"The meaning of life is to find your gift, the purpose of life is to give it away." - William Shakespeare

Bill and Dawn traded Denver's big-city routine for a life of adventure and wide-open skies. What started as a leap of faith turned into a new chapter running a KOA campground, where they now spend their days welcoming travelers, sharing campfire stories, and helping others experience the beauty of the outdoors. For Bill and Dawn, leaving the city wasn't just a change of scenery, it was the start of the adventure they'd been looking for.
