Park was all dirt, sites were not level. Clerk was not able to suggest sightseeing or dining options.

Very clean cabins! Only complaint is that the pool was a little green, however I think they may have been treating it because 7 days later when we stopped back through it was clear.

We have stayed at this KOA many times over the years and it continues to be a favorite stop. The management is always friendly and helpful, the grounds and sites are clean and well maintained, and the store has basic RV/ food supplies, Of course, being inside the city, there are no nature trails, streams, etc but it is surrounded by trees and has a rustic appearance. We recommend it!

Lovely campground. Nice clean restrooms. Friendly staff. I was in “overflow” area but was still able to get electric and water. I would defygo back!

This was one of the most cared for KOA's we have stayed in. The pool was operational and the grounds were neat and clean. Great customer service.

We only stayed one night, but found the campground very clean. Laundry room clean. Pool looked great. Paved rounds and a cement pad at each site with table and chairs. We would definitely stop here again.

Friendly check-in. Clean park. Had a site next to the road so had road noise but not to bad. Nice camp K9 with two areas.

had a mechanical issue with my rv and the staff was not too kind as I had to stay longer in my site to get it fixed

The staff are above average. They did their best to get a spot the night we came in. We stay here every time we pass through because of the customer service. We like the park but it is service here that is something we won’t pass up

Concrete pads not level. Sites are tight. Big drop off to gravel drive makes hitching a problem.

The campground is very well maintained. Our site was level and all hookups worked very well. The office staff is very welcoming and helpful. We will certainly return!

Check in was easy and the directions were clear and simple to follow. Park is clean. Dual dog parks are really nice and much appreciated. Trash service is incredible and convenient. The roads had a few pot holes but they didn’t affect our rig, only noticed them when out walking dogs. Loved the alligator display near the office! Thanks a lot!

Pricy... The staff was very helpful but this was one of the more expensive places we stayed on this trip and the internet was very slow unless you paid extra. For the prices charged, very good internet should be included in the price. Roads are a little tight but spaces were good and level with nice spacing. Daily garbage pickup at site was a nice amenity. Cable worked well.

You guys were awesome. The stay with you was great. But as far as the city of Shreveport, I will not recommend my friends or family to visit. Very unfriendly people, mainly in the retail businesses. The crime rate is high and I usually explore by myself but there, I didn't dare. Other than that, you guys are amazing.

We stayed overnight, but were very impressed when we walked around the park. The dog pen was nice. Everything was clean and groomed. We would stay here again if we come this way.

Great and friendly staff. Some of the sites could use a little updating, but overall a decent place to stay. Not my first stay there. That should tell you something.

Very nice RV park. We booked a month in advance of our stay. Received a call from the park a few days before our stay and was asked to move to a gravel lot instead of a concrete pad because they had over booked. We agreed to move and were reimbursed the difference. We're are staying at this park on our return trip.

Excellent staff,easy to work with. Would be nice to add spray hoses to the men showers. Would definitely recommend this campground !! .

Only there one night but will certainly try here for reservations when we come back to this area to spend some time. Park was clean and neat. Employees were friendly and helpful. Good location for exploring the area.

Easy to find campground. After hours check-in seamless. Site was concrete and LEVEL! Very clean facilities and grounds. Quiet in the evening. Will visit again. Camped in 30ft motorhome.

Great stop...the dog loved the campground. Nicky's Mexican resteraunt is a must if you stay here.

Visit again: Yes. Very convenient Campground Vibe (adult/upper scale, family/kids, stopover only): safe clean stop over. One of the nicest "Journey" KOA stops. Felt safe: yes GPS accuracy: yes Type of site: pull-thru Items included with site: table and chairs. No fire pits. Site surface (condition/leveling/material): Concrete parking pad with gravel around it. Great condition. Spacing between sites: generous. Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: working, clean and easy to access. Noise level: very quiet despite being so close to i20. Staff: Very nice and welcoming. Services: wi-fi worked well. Trash pick-up Campground roads: (such as trees, ditches or rocks): Parking space for trucks at site: generous Views: none Reason for our visit: traveling through on our way back east. Note: this isn't a bad thing, just an odd thing. There are a few vinyl fences place about. Not sure the purpose of these.
