Easy check in. Best KOA cabin amenities I have received. Tv, cable microwave and fridge! Also the bed was very comfy.

Our late-checkin was great! The park was packed with people so glad we reserved early. The cabin was roomy, but had a very mildew smell to it, especially in the bathroom.

We spent 2 nights in the Shreveport camping cabins during our trip to Florida and back to check on an elderly relative. We also spent nights in other KOA camping cabins crossing the country. We felt the Shreveport KOA was by far the cleanest, friendliest, and most accommodating of them all. Also, we appreciated the convenience of both mini fridge and microwave. Good job !

The great people here are always helpful, always friendly, and always respectful of folks’ privacy. The Deluxe Kabin was just what I needed, clean, cozy, and comfortable. I could not recommend them more highly.

The good - cabin was clean and spacious. It was quite there. The dog park is large and usually empty. Trash service is great. Most of the front desk employees are happy and helpful The bad - the roads are riddled with potholes, cigarette butts are EVERYWHERE, trash is scattered about the playground area, the laundry is outdated, hot water was limited, Over all, slightly over priced tbh

Staff was friendly and helpful. Park is older, but clean and well kept. Deluxe cabin was not supplied due to Covid.

It was clean and comfortable. The only unfortunate thing was there was no marking g on the cabin to identify which one had been assigned to us. Arriving after 8pm when it was dark was difficult to say the least.

It was nice, the cabin was just as described, nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable. We always appreciate a dog park, it is great to leave the dogs off leash especially after a long day in the vehicle.

There was difficulty opening the ladies bathroom lock. Took several attempts each time. The showers only had one chair to share between the 4 showers.

Preferred the cabin we had last year. This one had no sink in the kitchenette area. Not a disaster by any means as the bathroom has one! Toilet seat seems to have been broken by previous guests and not replaced. One slat of blind broken by previous guest and not repaired (probably a dog jumped up!) The team in the checkin office is a great group. Lovely people.

Stayed one night in each two of the deluxe cabins as a one-night stop over on our outgoing and return trip for the Christmas holiday. Small KOA compared to others we have stayed at, but very nice campground overall. Cabins were clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the dog park and playground.

I loved this place! Cute little cabin in the woods. Safe during Covid! We had an outdoor sport to wash dishes. We came on Christmas Day and they accommodated us. Plus they let us stay just one night at a time which worked perfectly for folks like us travelling to and from relatives during Christmas. Thank you so much!

Our family stayed in a deluxe camping cabin for one night. We enjoyed the cabin; beds were super comfortable, and cabin was clean! Especially thankful that we could bring our little dog along. We always enjoy staying at the Shreveport KOA and plan to overnight there again.

I’ve stayed at many KOA’s and this one was a little dirtier and not well kept compared to others. The bathrooms were dirty and tile was moldy and falling off the walls. The cabin was cleanish but we couldn’t open the windows. That being said, the staff was very nice and friendly. The grounds were also nice. A little cleaning and some maintenance tidying up and the place would be awesome!

Was nice; clean. For a deluxe a sink in the kitenette there would have been nice. We travel deluxe cabins and all in all this one was good. Would definitely stay there again.

The grounds and the area are great. This was the first "deluxe" KOA cabin that I have ever stayed in that did not provide basic home amenities. They do not have anything in the cabins so if you are not prepared, you will not be happy. No bedding. Fridge was not on. No cups. No silverware. No towels. Nothing. Clean cabin. Every cabin I have stayed in prior had all these thing provided for you.

Very clean cabins! Only complaint is that the pool was a little green, however I think they may have been treating it because 7 days later when we stopped back through it was clear.

You guys were awesome. The stay with you was great. But as far as the city of Shreveport, I will not recommend my friends or family to visit. Very unfriendly people, mainly in the retail businesses. The crime rate is high and I usually explore by myself but there, I didn't dare. Other than that, you guys are amazing.

Our cabin was spotless, comfortable and spacious. The bed and couch provided a great night’s sleep. The camp store was big and well stocked and the receptionist at checkout was friendly. Perfect stay for passing through.. Our dogs really liked playing at the clean dog park.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin with bathroom. It was very nice, clean and comfortable. We only stayed over night but it was such a nice place (cabin, playground, pool) that we wish we were able to stay longer.

I rented a cabin for 2 nights and truly enjoyed my stay. Especially loved the porch swing and hot shower. Peaceful surroundings and friendly staff. Grounds were well kept and pool looked clean.

I basically used my cabin as a home base for lots of visiting and traveling. I regret I didn’t have time to use the pool, but the dog park was amazing! The bathhouse was clean and in good order, other campers were quiet and respectful, your staff was friendly and welcoming, and the kampground was easy to get to. Will definitely stay again!

Visit again: Yes. Very convenient Campground Vibe (adult/upper scale, family/kids, stopover only): safe clean stop over. One of the nicest "Journey" KOA stops. Felt safe: yes GPS accuracy: yes Type of site: pull-thru Items included with site: table and chairs. No fire pits. Site surface (condition/leveling/material): Concrete parking pad with gravel around it. Great condition. Spacing between sites: generous. Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: working, clean and easy to access. Noise level: very quiet despite being so close to i20. Staff: Very nice and welcoming. Services: wi-fi worked well. Trash pick-up Campground roads: (such as trees, ditches or rocks): Parking space for trucks at site: generous Views: none Reason for our visit: traveling through on our way back east. Note: this isn't a bad thing, just an odd thing. There are a few vinyl fences place about. Not sure the purpose of these.
