Nice park, quiet, very easy in and out. Excellent RV supplies in store. Amazing for campground store. Girl at front desk was very friendly.

Nice place in a good location. Easy on/off I-20. Bathrooms were clean. We stayed four nights and found plenty to do in the surrounding area.

Nice dog park. I stay in tent sight. They were not numbered just open grass area next to small pond. Plenty of trees. Smaller camp, not overwhemed by RVers. Bathrooms dated but warm and clean.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The location was clean, had a wonderful dog park, and located near amenities. I will definitely stay again!

I want to stay longer at this site. The people are so nice. I didn't get any time to visit town and I heard there was a Mardi Gras Museum I would have loved. Maybe next year.

Wonderful staff. Would like to see a clubhouse where guests can have a place to watch TV, play games or visit. There is an upstairs area above the office that could possibly be converted to such a space.

This stop would be fine for smaller campers. The sites are very small and turn-ins to the spot were not setup for longer campers (<30’ would probably be fine). Paved areas of sites were met with sunken ground around it, making it challenging to keep tires on pavement and not rubbing or falling off the curb. Our site was not very level. Very crowded. Pros: convenient location, friendly staff

Our stay was short due to a storm due to hit the area. We checked in late and left early, so we didn’t use any amenities. However, the interaction with Kathy to help us change the reservation and get an easy in/easy out site was wonderful. She’s very nice and helpful.

The campsites were clean and well-maintained. There was a nice bistro table on a concrete pad for us to enjoy at our site. There was an agility course at the dog park which had two sides for big and small dogs. We loved this KOA.

Well, we got bumped from a normal pull thru site to a back in site at the office in the center of everything. There were multiple pull thru spots open the entire time we stayed. It was frustrating.

Great stop...the dog loved the campground. Nicky's Mexican resteraunt is a must if you stay here.

Visit again: Yes. Very convenient Campground Vibe (adult/upper scale, family/kids, stopover only): safe clean stop over. One of the nicest "Journey" KOA stops. Felt safe: yes GPS accuracy: yes Type of site: pull-thru Items included with site: table and chairs. No fire pits. Site surface (condition/leveling/material): Concrete parking pad with gravel around it. Great condition. Spacing between sites: generous. Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: working, clean and easy to access. Noise level: very quiet despite being so close to i20. Staff: Very nice and welcoming. Services: wi-fi worked well. Trash pick-up Campground roads: (such as trees, ditches or rocks): Parking space for trucks at site: generous Views: none Reason for our visit: traveling through on our way back east. Note: this isn't a bad thing, just an odd thing. There are a few vinyl fences place about. Not sure the purpose of these.
