Had no trouble getting in, parking, or anything. Laundry worked, kids enjoyed the pool. WIFI was as good as most sites, but people plan for that. We will return, as we have family in the area.

Facility is maintained to a very high standard. Groundspeople and office staff are friendly and professional. A little expensive BUT if you are looking for a guaranteed good place to stay this is it. I was there for 3 nights and they were helpful in managing spots so I could stay in the same one for a 4th night.

Wonderful ‘till Monday. about two hours before our departure a man approached my tent and sternly told me to go to office, he was very stern about it and marched me to the office. After much hassling I proved I was “in the system”. Later when my wife tried to buy a soda, this time they required her last name? Clearly we were unwanted and being harrassed. Why? We were quiet and well mannered

Very nice campground and well maintained. Convenient to most everything in Shreveport area. On main highway, so somewhat noisy with vehicles, but other than that was very, very nice.

Clean restrooms. Clean campground. A little cramped. Not many food items in the store - so bring what you need/want before you come. Nighttime is a bit noisy due to the proximity of the camp to major roads. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Spots were very close together but reasonable spacing. Our space had a broken picnic table which looked as if had been broken for extended period of time. Check-in was smooth and easy. Excellent dog parks - two based on dog size which was nice. Restroom was well maintained. Overall a good stay if not luxurious. But this is a “Journey” so our expectations were met.

Overnight stay. Checkin staff was friendly and professional!!! Our fifth wheel rig is 60’ long and the pull through site access was a easy entry, setup, and exit the next morning. The campground was neat as can be withe the grounds and facilities well maintained. I would definitely recommend this location!!

Decent place, clean but not particularly thought out for larger overnighters. Problem is tight turn into sight and 8"x8 concrete forms which are too tight for long coaches towing. Made it OK but obviously some folks don't.

This was our second stay. Somewhere our reservation was lost due to operator error-me not completely finishing the process. But they had space for us and all was good. The only thing I might suggest is to throw gravel around the electrical boxes and water hook up. Because of all the mud after a rain. This won’t stop us coming back!

Great stop...the dog loved the campground. Nicky's Mexican resteraunt is a must if you stay here.

Visit again: Yes. Very convenient Campground Vibe (adult/upper scale, family/kids, stopover only): safe clean stop over. One of the nicest "Journey" KOA stops. Felt safe: yes GPS accuracy: yes Type of site: pull-thru Items included with site: table and chairs. No fire pits. Site surface (condition/leveling/material): Concrete parking pad with gravel around it. Great condition. Spacing between sites: generous. Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: working, clean and easy to access. Noise level: very quiet despite being so close to i20. Staff: Very nice and welcoming. Services: wi-fi worked well. Trash pick-up Campground roads: (such as trees, ditches or rocks): Parking space for trucks at site: generous Views: none Reason for our visit: traveling through on our way back east. Note: this isn't a bad thing, just an odd thing. There are a few vinyl fences place about. Not sure the purpose of these.
