Had a very nice stay.

I was traveling from AZ to NC, tired and needed a spot to hook into power to sleep comfortable. She said she she had a tent site and one with 110 plug-in. So I took it, fell over when she charged me $39 for the night! I was getting sites for a nite for between $20 to $40 a night with all services. Doubtful I will ever go to a KOA again… most RV parks will give a veteran discount too!

We arrived after hours with a dead battery in tow vehicle. An incredibly helpful staff member went out of his way to unlock jumper cables and charger to get us going. We use KOA parks frequently and always have good service but this man’s effort was above and beyond!

Stayed here before. Still nice and friendly. Gonna try to avoid I-20 thru Shreveport though. That has gotten worse. Campground great! Thanks.

We actually left early since we were not going to put up with music so loud you couldn’t sleep at midnight. No number to call or someone to contact.

Good campground but sites are pretty tight access and need to be more level.

Staff was great, grounds well kept

Awesome place. Stayed overnight with a class A towing a crew cab pick and got a pull through and did not need to disconnect. Staff was very helpful and professional. Will stay at this KOA again

Great site with patio. Staff stayed after hours so I could get an rv part, which they had.

Excellent park

Nice clean park. Easy on and easy out. Staff was friendly. Store was stocked. Nice kamp K9 A little Disappointed in the patio site. Big 8” drop off on the driver side. Should fill in. Small table and 3 chairs. Will stay again if our travels cross paths.

I stayed in a tent site with cover and electricity. The park staff was friendly, the park was clean and quiet, and I appreciate that my well-behaved dog was welcomed.

nice clean park, large site the only drawback is the traffic noise for those who are close to the front of the park

Very nice, quiet campground. We stay here regularly on the way to or from Cedar Hill, Tx. You can fill up with propane easily, also. There are some good seafood restaurants around, too.

Repeat customer. Very clean showers and rest room. Getting a little pricey, so is most things today.

Thais is more than adequate for an overnight stay. The store is well stocked and the staff we very friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not like is that the WiFi limits you to 600 KB, which is effectively useless.

Easy access, quick service, friendly staff

Our concrete pad was raised above ground level and only long enough for our 5th wheel. Barely wide enough for it. Sites were just wide enough to allow awnings out. Difficult exit plan with narrow, sharp turn. Large, two sided dog park with plenty of activities. Laundry was clean and machines were all working.

Wonderful staff. Didn’t use any facilities but the dog parks. It was great.

Very comfortable. Clean, lots of trees and birds. Good little store. My dog loved the dog park. We plan on staying here whenever we are in Shreveport.

We only stayed overnight passing through town. But the area was nice and clean. Pulling in late at night was easy and the park was cute and kept up.

Very clean campground. Staff was friendly and greeted me genuinely. Site was level. Laundry room was super clean and reasonably priced. Thank you

The park ad staff are very nice. They parked us way in the back for a single night stay in some thin roads. We had 2 5th wheels park at the end spots and unhitch leaving about 14 inches on each side of our coach to fit through. The turns to get out were so tight we had to unhitch the toad to get out. 40' class A fit int he spot just not easy getting out of it.

The wi-fi definitely needs an update.

Very nice KOA. Concrete pad was nice for level set up. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even recommended a great restaurant. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed 8 nights visiting family in a busy KOA. Hosts were kind and super accommodating with a site change and extending our trip without changing sites. Facilities were super clean and nicely updated. Only wishes were more gravel and WiFi.

Always a Pleasure Park! I was thrilled to see the "Upstairs People" and the Gator Guy. Just a Few touches of welcome from my previous visits. Great Park. Will absolutely be back during my more normal summer visits!

Nice site, good electric, poor water pressure & no poop bags at doggie K-9 park.

03/04 - 03/07/2022. Upon our days at Shreveport KOA, Staff was friendly and talked with us a bit. We really like the roadways through the park covered with plenty of rocks. Lots of trees, and well lit up at night. When flushing the sewer out, the waste was not trying to go up a hill like we have seen in past months at some KOA'S. The park is really set up nice. The weather was so nice.

Visit again: Yes. Very convenient Campground Vibe (adult/upper scale, family/kids, stopover only): safe clean stop over. One of the nicest "Journey" KOA stops. Felt safe: yes GPS accuracy: yes Type of site: pull-thru Items included with site: table and chairs. No fire pits. Site surface (condition/leveling/material): Concrete parking pad with gravel around it. Great condition. Spacing between sites: generous. Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: working, clean and easy to access. Noise level: very quiet despite being so close to i20. Staff: Very nice and welcoming. Services: wi-fi worked well. Trash pick-up Campground roads: (such as trees, ditches or rocks): Parking space for trucks at site: generous Views: none Reason for our visit: traveling through on our way back east. Note: this isn't a bad thing, just an odd thing. There are a few vinyl fences place about. Not sure the purpose of these.
