The sites are too small. The app asks for the size of my trailer, then puts me in a site with not enough room for the truck.

Met with manager as she was walking around the campground, we talked about the campground and the improvements she was planning to do… enjoyed the conversation! Front desk staff was awesome! Nice campground, will stay again.

Spot was excellent for us. Cable wasn’t great very fuzzy but over all we we pleased with it being nice and quiet.

This kampground had it’s good and bad. The original site was a very tight for large big rig accessible RV’s. The next site our surge protector identified a electrical issue. Finally the 3rd site was very muddy and next to the road. (Noisy). The older model long term occupants most of the kampground. The dog park was good and the have a cute patio area off of the office area.

We were at this park for 10 days. Nice overall with everything we needed. Laundry room was clean though dated machines, still did the job. Everyone was very friendly. Trash was picked up in the mornings and I think throughout the day they continued to look around and pick up. Constantly maintaining the areas. Some road noise, but we've had worse. Would stay here again.

Our late-checkin was great! The park was packed with people so glad we reserved early. The cabin was roomy, but had a very mildew smell to it, especially in the bathroom.

Nice campground. Interior roads and RV pads need updating. It was raining and because the site was low (needs more gravel) it flooded with about 2 inches of water. Previous guest at our site made a mess at sewer head and did not clean up. Otherwise, nice campground for just and overnight stay.

Nice people who are very helpful. However I have been running into a reoccurring problem with the KOA’s that I have been to, which has the sewer connection higher than the site so the system won’t drain without lifting the hose, and this KOA is no different.

I know the park can’t control the rain but they can better prepare for it. There were too many low spots with ponding water.

We spent 2 nights in the Shreveport camping cabins during our trip to Florida and back to check on an elderly relative. We also spent nights in other KOA camping cabins crossing the country. We felt the Shreveport KOA was by far the cleanest, friendliest, and most accommodating of them all. Also, we appreciated the convenience of both mini fridge and microwave. Good job !

The great people here are always helpful, always friendly, and always respectful of folks’ privacy. The Deluxe Kabin was just what I needed, clean, cozy, and comfortable. I could not recommend them more highly.

Easy pull thru and plenty long enough. Nice open sites and drives were easy to maneuver. Good wifi. Very friendly staff.

The good - cabin was clean and spacious. It was quite there. The dog park is large and usually empty. Trash service is great. Most of the front desk employees are happy and helpful The bad - the roads are riddled with potholes, cigarette butts are EVERYWHERE, trash is scattered about the playground area, the laundry is outdated, hot water was limited, Over all, slightly over priced tbh

This was our first time at this park. It was an overnight stay. We had a concrete site and a small patio. We did not use the restrooms/shower so we are unable to rate. Our site was not long enough for our 40' 5th wheel and truck so we had to disconnect. There seemed to be a lot of long-term rigs. There are casinos nearby.

Great KOA. Nice easy sites. Clean facility. Excellent dog park. One of the biggest we’ve been too. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice clean showers. Very happy with our stay there.

The staff was very friendly. The campground is old but well kept. The bathrooms on the other hand are not so good. Showers are small but to be expected on an older campground. Cleanliness is a different story. I'm not sure when they clean them but definitely not everyday. They got pretty disgusting to put it mildly.

Great stop...the dog loved the campground. Nicky's Mexican resteraunt is a must if you stay here.

Visit again: Yes. Very convenient Campground Vibe (adult/upper scale, family/kids, stopover only): safe clean stop over. One of the nicest "Journey" KOA stops. Felt safe: yes GPS accuracy: yes Type of site: pull-thru Items included with site: table and chairs. No fire pits. Site surface (condition/leveling/material): Concrete parking pad with gravel around it. Great condition. Spacing between sites: generous. Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: working, clean and easy to access. Noise level: very quiet despite being so close to i20. Staff: Very nice and welcoming. Services: wi-fi worked well. Trash pick-up Campground roads: (such as trees, ditches or rocks): Parking space for trucks at site: generous Views: none Reason for our visit: traveling through on our way back east. Note: this isn't a bad thing, just an odd thing. There are a few vinyl fences place about. Not sure the purpose of these.
