Clean park, no issues. This was a first, when I checked in, I was told to just leave my trash in a bag at the site and they would come by in the morning after I checked out and take care of it. Cool

Nice stopover heading into Texas, we got decent wifi, nice pull though spot. Bathrooms clean, store was nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. We have a 16 foot travel trailer, we sat outside and watched all the Class A and fifth wheels coming in, that was entertaining. Quiet once the diesels shut down. Nice stop overall

Road traffic and neighboring business was extremely noisy all night. Also felt like the park lights were more like spot lights. Would not recommend this campground unless you absolutely have no choice. This KOA should be ashamed with charging these rates for a glorified parking lot.

We were long, 35 ft and a 27 ft tow. We usually stay at Barksdale AFB, FAMCAMP but decided to try the KOA. The site they choose was easy to enter and pull through. The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the best KOA's we have stayed at.

I liked this campground a lot. I have dogs and there was a good size dog park and some open land to walk them on. Staff were friendly and even though the place was pretty full I didn't feel crowded.

The sites are way to close to each other. That is the only thing I can comment on as we got there after hours. But for just a 1 nighter it was fine.

This is a nice park but once again there is no functioning wifi. I simply will not favorably rate any park that won’t provide sufficient wifi. Too many of us work remotely and we depend on wifi. The wifi here actually slowed my phone. Its 2021 and about to race in to 2022. We pay premium prices for KOA and we shouldnt have to pay an additional fee for wifi

The campground looks great! Many improvements since the last time we stayed here, about two years ago. The front desk staff was super efficient and friendly. Wish I had gotten her name. Will stay here again the next time we're in Shreveport.

We had a great stay at the KOA, everyone is friendly and helpful. The campground is quiet and well maintained. .The Restrooms are clean and well stocked. Very convenient location for overnight stay.

After a day of virtually destroying your camper on Louisiana roads it was a welcome stop. Entrance is tight but once inside there was enough room to navigate with a 40’ 5th wheel. My gps in my ’21 truck had me on the correct road but wrong spot, we had to go 1/4 mile more. For reference we were traveling west.

Very tight spaces, especially in the rear. Cable is analog and many stations are snowy. Limited channels. Not many choices in the area.

I’ve stayed at many KOA’s and this one was a little dirtier and not well kept compared to others. The bathrooms were dirty and tile was moldy and falling off the walls. The cabin was cleanish but we couldn’t open the windows. That being said, the staff was very nice and friendly. The grounds were also nice. A little cleaning and some maintenance tidying up and the place would be awesome!

Very nice RV park. We left two things on our site and did not realize it until the next night. We called in the evening expecting to leave a message. To our surprise a person answered. She had our two items and was nice enough to go to the post office and mail them to us. That kind of service is hard to find. We will definitely stay there again.

I love the campground - as neat, has lots of trees, quiet, nice pull through camp site, clean facilities, and excellent store if you forgot anything for camping.

On the way home from Thanksgiving, needed a reliable park for a night. Very pleased with this KOA to give us a good rest from the road. Quick and easy check in and set up.

We were only there for one night, one our way home. The park facilities were clean but could use some updating. The camp staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again, maybe in summer months so we could enjoy the large pool and pavilion.

Very clean, some of the kindest staff I have met, always going out of there way to help. Ended up with a sick pet and had to leave early, staff was very understanding and refunded our last day, very kind. 4th stay there. Will be back.

Great stop...the dog loved the campground. Nicky's Mexican resteraunt is a must if you stay here.

Visit again: Yes. Very convenient Campground Vibe (adult/upper scale, family/kids, stopover only): safe clean stop over. One of the nicest "Journey" KOA stops. Felt safe: yes GPS accuracy: yes Type of site: pull-thru Items included with site: table and chairs. No fire pits. Site surface (condition/leveling/material): Concrete parking pad with gravel around it. Great condition. Spacing between sites: generous. Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: working, clean and easy to access. Noise level: very quiet despite being so close to i20. Staff: Very nice and welcoming. Services: wi-fi worked well. Trash pick-up Campground roads: (such as trees, ditches or rocks): Parking space for trucks at site: generous Views: none Reason for our visit: traveling through on our way back east. Note: this isn't a bad thing, just an odd thing. There are a few vinyl fences place about. Not sure the purpose of these.
