Lovely, helpful staff. We liked seeing regular maintenance of the property. Bathroom facilities were super clean! Site was ample for our 27 ft travel trailer. Property roads were excellent!

Great staff, family owned,(very nice owners) and very clean! It's a nice location and about 12 miles from downtown Shreveport. We will be back again!

Reservation process very easy. We arrived on 11/6/21 and we were in our site in just a matter of minutes. Our site was level and room between other sites was decent. We were close to road but it was not bothersome at all. Just stayed overnight but we were satisfied. Didn't use the restrooms or showers.

We were right on the main road. The lights and noise were very loud. I didn’t feel safe that close to people walking by. People would walk off the street and ask to use our phones. I personally would not stay here again but we love KOA. I didn’t realize this was in the middle of a huge city. Hosts were great, no fires. Just didn’t feel safe up at the front where the pull throughs are.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. We were happy to learn that you can pay $10 for a late departure. My husband was making sales calls and was late returning. The grounds themselves were well kept. Overall, we highly recommend this KOA.

Easy to access from I-84 Lots are very nice with ample room btwn them. Clean, easy to use facilities if desired

The park was very nice and staff extremely helpful and accommodating. My wife was in the hospital and they worked with during the whole ordeal. The bathrooms were the cleanest I’ve ever seen. If there was any ding it would be the park WiFi. It was slow and spotty.

The site was very nice but we were too close to a busy, busy highway and it was very noisy. The attendant was nice, also.

Stayed only one night, but would definitely stay there again. Everything was nice and clean. Staff was excellent.

The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. She recommended an awesome restaurant. Campground was neat and clean. Well taken care of.

Convenient location, friendly staff, easy in and out. A little noisy near the street but for one overnight OK. When we stayed here before we were farther back and minimal noise.

Well, unfortunately as weary travelers we only got to sleep there. We had an easy late check in and all we did was sleep and have soup. Lol. We were over done with driving and had a good nights sleep. We appreciate your KOA and will keep you in our "return to list".

Very nice campsite. Love the concrete level pad with no need to level the trailer. Great internet and cable tv.

It was raining when we arrived. I called to let them know we were pulling in. I asked that since our reservation was already paid and we knew the site number if it would be ok to go ahead and park and come check in after it quit. She said by all means. It sure was nice after a forty mile drive in pouring rain that had been very stressful. Checked in about 45 minutes later. Thanks again.

We arrived after hours. Everything was waiting for us. Hook ups worked great. Park is a little tight for me. Staff were friendly over the phone.

Great stop...the dog loved the campground. Nicky's Mexican resteraunt is a must if you stay here.

Visit again: Yes. Very convenient Campground Vibe (adult/upper scale, family/kids, stopover only): safe clean stop over. One of the nicest "Journey" KOA stops. Felt safe: yes GPS accuracy: yes Type of site: pull-thru Items included with site: table and chairs. No fire pits. Site surface (condition/leveling/material): Concrete parking pad with gravel around it. Great condition. Spacing between sites: generous. Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: working, clean and easy to access. Noise level: very quiet despite being so close to i20. Staff: Very nice and welcoming. Services: wi-fi worked well. Trash pick-up Campground roads: (such as trees, ditches or rocks): Parking space for trucks at site: generous Views: none Reason for our visit: traveling through on our way back east. Note: this isn't a bad thing, just an odd thing. There are a few vinyl fences place about. Not sure the purpose of these.
