Excellent staff, friendly and professional. Campground was well taken care of and very clean. Nestled in the pines and wonderfully quiet. I stayed and extra day as I really enjoyed my stay.

A less confident camper with a larger rig should probably ask for a spot in front of the office. Overall a typical KOA. check-in was very fast and efficient; easier tham most parks.

Lovely park; level and spotless site; well placed campground for the Shreveport area; would recommend highly!

The right stop for overnight. Easy in. Easy out. Easy to find the campground with giant sign. GPS accurate. A bit off the interstate so no road noise. Quiet campers. Site was level. Campground "streets" wide enough to maneuver a 5th. Plenty of room for big rigs or to park your truck. Staff was welcoming. We would stop here again.

good park to stay

Sites in back of campground away from road are not big rig capable, they should be for 30' or less towables. Poor site layouts as well, either in mud or off cement slab,or have 1' drop-off from slabs. Trees also planted way too close to site entrances making it difficult to enter sites. Water is swampy too!

We checked in on Christmas Day and are very appreciative of the campground staff accommodating us and many others who arrived that afternoon. Bathrooms clean and orderly.

The staff at Shreveport/Bossier City KOA went out of their way to help us on arrival. A problem with our tow vehicle appeared on our way there. Arranged for dealer service, expected repair to take several days (diesel emissions...grrr). They arranged for an additional two nights on our site in case we needed it. Thankfully we got back on the road on schedule, but they came through in a pinch!

Super friendly and helpful people. After some sleepless nights in noisy campgrounds, the peace and quiet was welcomed. Dogs enjoyed the dog park and we paid extra for the cement pad for easily leveling. We’d stay there again! 36’ Class A

Annual stop on our Christmas travels.

Very nice park. Easy in and out. Only downside was traffic noise when staying in the backside of the park.

Easy off interstate. No one took us to the site to help us get into our spot. We had #122 and its really hard to turn the corner and get it lined up. The cement blocks are not parallel so this spot shouldn't go to large trailers. Spots are pretty close together . Patio tables and chairs are nice. Well stocked store.

Very friendly staff. Nice clean place.

Check in was really easy. We were able to find our site and set up within minutes. The only complaint we have is with the residents. They are not conscious of the other residents sleeping. Constantly leaving their keys in the car causing the vehicle to honk twice and they enter and exit their vehicles at all hours of the night. The Koa is next to a busy road so you can hear the cars going by all.

We stayed in an overflow site with a garden hose for water and an extension cord for electricity, but were very thankful for a site. I was surprised that we were charged full price, however the staff were very thoughtful and courteous.

Really nice people. Not a lot of road noise. Good spaces. Would definitely stay again. Had a water issue and they moved us promptly.

Clean. About what we expected. Office staff nice and helpful. Campsites pretty close. Only complaint—not about KOA—is I20 is terrible to drive a camper on!

Visit again: Yes. Very convenient Campground Vibe (adult/upper scale, family/kids, stopover only): safe clean stop over. One of the nicest "Journey" KOA stops. Felt safe: yes GPS accuracy: yes Type of site: pull-thru Items included with site: table and chairs. No fire pits. Site surface (condition/leveling/material): Concrete parking pad with gravel around it. Great condition. Spacing between sites: generous. Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: working, clean and easy to access. Noise level: very quiet despite being so close to i20. Staff: Very nice and welcoming. Services: wi-fi worked well. Trash pick-up Campground roads: (such as trees, ditches or rocks): Parking space for trucks at site: generous Views: none Reason for our visit: traveling through on our way back east. Note: this isn't a bad thing, just an odd thing. There are a few vinyl fences place about. Not sure the purpose of these.
