We have stayed here before and love this koa. The shady sites are wonderful and the staff very helpful.

The sites were very close together. The picture represented on the reservation page wasn't what the sites were like. I wasn't given a site # nor was my email answered. The site on the side with the table was covered with tree roots, no grass, and uneven. The playground was small & kids had dogs there so my 4yr old couldn't go. It did have a nice pool & cute picture props. Needs Site Maintenance.

Site had large tree roots that made walking dangerous. Picnic table was broken. Too many trains, especially at night. Site was small. The other end of the campground looked nice. The staff was nice

Perhaps because of the nearly full campground the WIFI was much worse than normal. It was a challenge just to read email, much less do anything else productive like search for Springfield sights or restaurants. On the brighter side, the staff was very helpful and the grounds were well maintained as usual .

The campground is well kept, escorted to our site which is extremely helpful! Ordered pizza for dinner, nice amenity after a day of driving and sightseeing. It's unfortunate that the train tracks are so close, we laughed because it was planes, trains and automobiles! Despite these things we'd still stay here again.

Very nice pleasant stay. Easy to check in, nice people with man on golf cart showing you to your site. Nice little store.

It was a nice park, unfortunately the trees need to be trimmed, branches scrapped the side of my RV. There is a freight train that went through every 20 minutes into the night and blew its horn. Our electric box was falling over, they were all leaning, I was really shocked that's this was a KOA park. The staff was very friendly, no complaints there but the park needs cleared up.

Pleasantly surprised with how well kept the property was. Definitely will be staying here again , the staff are awesome as well.

Very nice campground, staff, and facilities. It's wonderful for one or two days. While we were there for five days, we had four different neighbors on both sides. It caters to the overnighters. When we travel and going long distances, we will look for KOA campgrounds to stay.

Shaded. Gravel, level pads. Cement patio with 4-person seating furniture. Office is stocked with foods, etc. in a pinch plus they have delivery foods (didn’t try). Very helpful and kind staff. Pick up garbage and your empty propane tank and deliver full tank. Three K9 areas off leash. Clean (little trash). Quiet.

Outstanding place to camp for a night or a week! Plenty of shade to help keep keep your cool! We ordered pizza and wings for dinner and they delivered it to us!

Very dated park with old tacky showers. Internet was non existent! 2nd KOA with large issues. They are Not the Place to stay!!

Love the campground and its location. The camp store is well stocked. The staff are helpful and friendly. Being able to get food prepared and delivered after a long days drive is a big plus. The new owners have got it!!!!!!! Best of luck!!!!!!!! We look forward to returning on our next trip west from Ohio.

Campsites are not maintained, they’ve got holes, tree trunks running into the campsite area, trees need to be trimmed up. Spent three days there and was not even able to use the WiFi. I called the office and they reset the WiFi but all I could do was get online. If I tried doing a search it wouldn’t do anything. At $55. per night it should be a lot nicer and more accommodating than what it is.

Staff is amazing! Very attentive and they go the extra mile. Park is a bit busy and spots are pretty close together, however the mature landscaping and trees gives great shade.

We stayed 2 nights. The park is nice. 30 amp breaker stopped working as soon as we turned on our air conditioning. We switched to the other plug and it worked for a short time. I reported it to the office and they sent someone to check it out. He said the breaker needed to be replaced but they didn’t have one. Luckily we have fans. The next day was cooler and we had friends over to swim and bbq

The campground and staff are wonderful. I only gave four stars because I am a light sleeper and the trains run along one side of the campground and blow their horns excessively. I guess you get used to it, but one night was rough. Also, they only have a tiny playground with no swings - that’s a problem for families with bigger kids.

Site was okay, but not level which is huge to me! I also was led to believe that the State Fair Donuts were cooked on site and “Hot”. They were Hot because they took the bag of frozen, already cooked donuts out of the freezer and popped them in a toaster oven. I could have done that in my RV!

Wonderful park. Awesome breakfast pizza. Immaculate laundry room with interesting video on Route 66. Only downside: we had site 59 and the sewer dump opening was too small for a normal sized sewer hose. We just dumped at the dump station on the way out however.

Owners and staff were very friendly. It get very muddy when rains, they need more fill gravel in their sites. Super clean and nice.

Office staff very friendly. Will deliver right to your campsite from.the store. Pizza very good. Pool very very chilly could use a pool heater. Very shady sites. Would stay again.

Karen was very friendly and accommodating. We had trouble with our electric cord so Cameron immediately helped us move to the next site. Very pretty with mature trees as canopies for the area.

Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. The grounds were a little bit to be desired. A lot of mud where rock should have been. Constant train traffic (not their fault).

We had family stay in a cabin as well as us in an RV site, we all enjoyed our stay.
