The only thing I didn’t like was the heater did not work do you need to upgrade it.

It was a nice cabin in safe area but train nearby was very loud all night.Absolutely ridiculous that the general store and office was closed by 6pm.There was nothing to do or game room to unwind in when I arrived late night with nothing around for miles.Needs to have some kind of option for hanging out and unwinding or way to get food on site after 9 or 10pm.Also did not realize no linens!!

It was nice for a fun weekend away. A few small updates would be good, like the doors in our cabin stuck pretty bad , the drain in the tub was broken, and the digging toy at the playground was broken. Overall happy with stay! Kids had a blast!

I do not know why KOA is not more standardized but I stayed in three different Deluxe cabins on my trip from California to Kentucky and yours was by far what I would consider a deluxe cabin thank you very much

The cabin was lovely, all set up and warm for us. The grounds were next to a golf course and since it was winter, the perfect place to walk our pups as well. Would definitely stay here again on our way out west

We had booked 4 nights, the first two nights were fine the third night, when we came back to the cabin the heater wasn't working and when I walked to the restrooms the restroom was locked. To me this is 100% unacceptable to expect a person to pay $80 a night for a cabin with heat and a restroom access and not supply heat or a usable restroom (It was 25°). We left early due to these issues.

It was a beautiful KOA and our cabin was clean and comfortable. I loved the kitchen facilities so that I was able to have my tea morning and evening. The only thing that would have been nice is a bit of heat in the restroom facilities. It was freezing cold and no way could you take a shower.

Quiet a few miss communications causing us to need a second cabin that was more Rustic. Plane was clean and friendly though. Very dog friendly.

This was our first time at a KOA. Our cabin was very close to our friends with RV’s. There is plenty of shade and a quiet environment. They even deliver pizza after you go and order it. The cabin was clean and had great HVAC. The only part that could be better is the bed It wasunder par.T

We loved it there. Clean and extremely friendly. If you are going to be in the area and looking for a place to stay, this is my top pick. They make pizza and donuts and deliver to you site. You can order firewood and have it delivered as well. We are looking forward to our next trip. �

So far this is our favorite KOA. We stayed here earlier in the summer and love how much shade there is as well as the great pool. Staff is very helpful.

Lovely Kabin! Well furnished. Internet was down part of the time though. Cell phone service is spotty but usually I’m looking to get away from those things when camping.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated all of our requests throughout our visit. Plenty of things to do around the campground. Bathrooms not fancy, but nice enough. We liked the patio set-ups at each site. Lots of shade also is great.

Friendly staff and very good service! Amenities! Surprised that the main bathrooms were not swept out in the few days we were there. We stayed in a cabin and it was rather cobwebby around the air conditioner with a bunch of dog fur stuck under the mattress at the end of the bed. Overall though I would recommend the campground and plan to go there again when we visit family in Springfield.

We appreciated the staff working with us on a safe place to park a Uhaul truck with all of my daughter’s belongings as we moved her from Alabama to Colorado. The only thing that I’d suggest is to have a lamp in the cabin so others could sleep without having the bright overhead light on for those still settling in. Thanks again!!

We had a kamping kabin very close to the kitchen, which was very nice and convenient as they also had bathrooms there. They had games for the kids as well as adults. The pool was the kids favorite. So was the gem mining. The park attendants were very nice and friendly. Delivery of wings and pizza, or anything like ice or wood is a nice feature. The trains and airplanes were loud in the day.

Just an overnight stay in a cabin, but we will be staying longer on our return trip. The cabin was spotless, and the AC was on for us. Escort helped us park with our cargo trailer. Camping kitchen and restrooms close and clean a big plus. Quiet stop close to I-44 and Hwy 60.

Very nice campground. The staff was very friendly. We stayed in the glamping tent and the bed was so comfortable we almost missed check out time. We only had 10 minutes to spare. Wonderful place

Loved all the trees very beautiful clean and very friendly staff! There is an airport and a train close thought that was going to bother us but did not we were in a cabin really couldn’t hear either one! Would definitely stay if in area again

Great location, originally was going to stay in a tent but changed to a cabin on arrival. Really nice cabin with a front overhang I could park my motorcycle under. Handy in the rain. Modern clean facilities and friendly folks. In my experience friendly folks are almost a given at a KOA.

Friendly folks, clean and nice. Stayed in a cabin as have in the past at this location. Clean, nice and easy to get to. After a long day riding motorcycle it was nice to ride into a place with friendly folks, order a pizza and a coke for dinner and sit on my patio and enjoy the evening.
