The campgrounds were nice and convenient but the freight train blowing its horn every hour was terrible and it took over 3 hours to try and start a fire with wood that was wet and unBurnable

We were only there one night, the grounds were clean and neat. I liked the Pizza delivery option, nice perk. Nice location right off the interstate..

I had booked a full service patio site. Plaid for one night for that site. We did not get the patio site. We also paid 8.00 for 8 pieces of wood the size of kindling. Had said something about both with nothing done

An over night stay. The campsite was clean and level. It had a small patio area with a table and chairs. Over all it was great.

We always look forward to staying at the Springfield KOA. Clean, friendly, and accommodating. Great dog park, and the store is always stocked with essentials, and fun goodies.

It was a pleasant stay. The attendant, Karen (?), was very kind and helpful. The extra large Speed Queen dryers were wonderful. It would be nice to have some gravel outside the laundry door both to keep it off my shoes so my trailer stays clean and to keep the laundry facility cleaner. I absolutely love all the open grassy areas for my kids to run and play! Thank you so much for that!!

We were impressed by how wonderful this campground is! It completely exceeded our expectations. Our cabin was adorable, and we loved being able to have pizza delivered straight to us. We'll definitely be coming back!!

Site last were in good order. But freight train was 50 yards away and came by every 20 minutes. Blowing is horn because of road crossing.

We booked a couple of nights here to try out our newly purchased used Class A RV. We are fairly new to camping but found this location to be full of friendly helpful staff and fellow campers. Only downside kind of noisy with the airport nearby and the train. Also not terribly far off the interstate which is easy to find except In the still of night you could hear traffic a little, sites are close

Stayed May 29-30; site 73. Only here one night but the site was fine (with newly laid gravel). Staff very nice and accommodating. Always enjoy a KOA that has a Hunt Brothers Pizza shop on site after a long drive getting here. Will stay here again when our travels take us this way.

Fantastic staff!!! From pizza/wings/firewood delivery to help getting a wet campfire going, such friendly, helpful people. Great laundry room and store, very pretty swimming pool. Grounds are green and well-kept. Nice job, Springfield KOA.

It was a great stay. The one thing we noticed was that the trees on back roadway need trimmed back and the one’s thru out the park and site’s need trimmed up. All in all we highly recommended this koa.

This was our first trip taken with our new camper! We live in the area but wanted to stay close, just to make sure we knew what we were doing! It was a perfect weekend and such a great place to stay! Even though we live close, we've already talked about coming back to stay at the KOA! So fun!

Loved the cabin we stayed in, it was small for the cost and we had ants staying with us, but we were in the wilderness so that's expected. The only complaining I could do was not enough of play ground or equipment for my young kids.

It was our first stay at a KOA. The overall stay was wonderful. The staff was very nice and helpful. My kids enjoyed the activities; beanbag toss and bikes. The pool was open but it was too cold for us. One negative - the bathrooms were not attended to, even though there is a sign for cleaning daily, but they were not cleaned. That won't keep us from coming back though to enjoy the pool & scenery.

We were a family of 13 that rode in a school bus (converted into camper) from MN on a family vacation. We were able to check in early. Fully furnished cabin was very cozy. Nice patio space. Super clean and friendly staff. Very accommodating to us. We definitely recommend this campground. Thank you for the great memories.

Lots of mud ruts on drive ways. Not good for tires and muddy shoes.

Stayed at camping cabin. Liked the door better than other campgrounds with the rope. The bathrooms need updating the store needs to offer coffee earlier.
