It is always a treat to stay at this KOA. Thanks to Cameron and Emily for a lovely stay. Pizza, ice cream, and friendly faces. Thank you to all the the staff as well.

Our campsite was under a tree and the tree roots were out of the ground making it difficult to walk into out trailer. The parking pad was muddy due to no gravel. Also the restroom facilities seemed out of date. I will say the office staff was polite upon check in. We have stayed here before and our site was somewhat better that time.

The staff was wonderful to work with, had to change our reservations several times and were very helpful. Pulling out of the park with rig is not good! Road was very uneven and narrow,. And we were surprised at some of the units at the park were not in the best of shape. Made the park look tacky. We have stayed at the park several times and sure we will be back again.

Wonderful customer service. Only complaint was mud around sewer connection. Loved the pizza delivery to our campsite. Yum!

Nice large campground. Made late reservation and it was full. Lucky enough to have found a spot we fit in (45ft + tow). Only had 30 amp service knew that going in but it worked. Was a little tight getting to our site due to other campers crowding to road. Any negative issues were mine. Enjoyed our stay.

VERY well-kept site that was super comfortable and clean. The ONLY negative to this site is the railroad tracks very nearby. The train came through blaring every few hours and kept us awake - hence the loss of one star.

We overnight at the Springfield/Route 66 KOA annually on our return to Illinois from winter months in Arizona. We highly recommend this KOA to all RV travelers.

We enjoyed our stay there. We spent several days there and found the location nice despite the trains. It seemed to have many amenities that would appeal to families and to warmer weather. As I am retired, my wife and I do not use some of the amenities. However, the sites are nicely sized and level. A good place to spend overnight or several days.

It's our second time staying at this KOA. The staff are friendly and helpful. The whole place is clean. There are activities for the kids. It's a great choice for a stay.

Came in for a one night stay and found the open spots for my motor home with a toad, parked my unit hooked up and had a wonderful stay. The campground is very well maintained and the instructions for what to do for after hours check in were very plain and to the point. Will stay there again and again. Keep up the great work you all do there. Thank you for the great experience.

Stay was good. Rated as a five star. Was some noise from the Railroad nearby at the crossing. Not enough to bother us but for some of our friends it may have been a bit much. We wil be back when we are in town.

We only stayed 1 night, but very clean and friendly staff. Nice facilities and level spot. My kid enjoyed the playground and the dog parks.

Trains horns were quite loud and woke us up at 4am and 4:30am. Otherwise the KOA did a great job.
