Awesome stay. Customer service was out of this world. Thank you. Cindy was amazing and sold us on pizza and donuts delivered to our site.

We had booked 4 nights, the first two nights were fine the third night, when we came back to the cabin the heater wasn't working and when I walked to the restrooms the restroom was locked. To me this is 100% unacceptable to expect a person to pay $80 a night for a cabin with heat and a restroom access and not supply heat or a usable restroom (It was 25°). We left early due to these issues.

We always stay at Springfield, MO KOA when we’re near Springfield. Great KOA that’s well maintained with easy check-in and parking.

4 nights. Pool closed, understandable. Laundry was good. Very tight sites, pull through but couldn’t pull through to get out my rig, aggravating. People letting their dogs off leash to chase cats! Fire pits not cleaned out. Last but not least, less than 100 yards away a rail crossing. All times of day and night. If I would have known that we wouldn’t have stayed. This should be addressed on

Low hanging branches hit our roof ACs. Site small and tight for our rig. Noise from constant train activities disturbed sleep, should have been told upfront about this. Will NOT return to this campground.

It was a beautiful KOA and our cabin was clean and comfortable. I loved the kitchen facilities so that I was able to have my tea morning and evening. The only thing that would have been nice is a bit of heat in the restroom facilities. It was freezing cold and no way could you take a shower.

Staff is fantasitic. Store and Pizza were a 10 . Facilities were very clean. Great Laundry. Will stay again. Lots of big trees. Picnic tables and some sites could use some upgrading, get 50/30 amp sites, they have concrete patio and iron furnature. Very safe and family friendly.

Friendly, clean, and safe campground near the interstate in the Springfield area make this a great choice for those wanting to camp in this region. I can't say enough positives about the friendly and professional staff. The train track and airport are close; expect the associated noise, which is the only drawback to this KOA. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Nice clean campground. I would have rated a 5 but there is a train track right next to the campground that runs by about every 30 minutes all night long and blasts the horn. Made sleeping difficult even with camper windows all closed.

I love the trains; I know not everybody does! A very convenient stop on my way; sometime I'm going to spend a bit more time in Springfield. Thanks.

We were in springfield to buy a motor home. My friend had little experience camping until I introduced him to it. He loves it.

Stayed here for 8 nights and had a wonderful time. Great park for people with dogs. Lots of options to walk them on leash. We've already booked our week stay for next year.

Quiet a few miss communications causing us to need a second cabin that was more Rustic. Plane was clean and friendly though. Very dog friendly.

My site was rather swampy but maybe that was to be expected due to the fact that it had rained quite a bit. Leveling was difficult due to the side to side slope of the site. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

They need to update there sites. They need to either add more gravel or concrete the pads. To much water and mud when it rains. The staff very friendly.

Decent, small KOA. Very close to Rt. 44. Shower area needs a heater for cold days. Nice area. Train horn can get annoying.

Very nice! My dogs enjoyed the squirrels and the many places to walk. However, turning off the M highway there was a sign that said "Pizza Storage". I found the pizza but I couldn't find the Pizza Storage (Lol). My family got a kick out of the sign and the oversize chairs. Very neat and clean campground.

It was great. Bathrooms and showers were very clean and so was the laundry room. We loved the Hunters Bros. Pizza and they deliver it right to your coach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again the next time we are in Missouri.

It was a quick overnight with Church in the morning and then on the road again. If I had more time I would have enjoyed more of what you had to offer. Thanks for a nice, clean environment.
