Nice quiet stay. It rained a lot and many sites, not just ours, had large amounts of standing water. We loved the activities available. The kids enjoyed mining for minerals.

Full hookup does not include cable and OTA stations are no good. Also wifi was poor even for checking email. Men's bathroom door combo lock was broken but. Athroom facilities were good

Right on the rail line, the train conductors hit the edge of this KOA at a good speed & lay on the horn, many times throughout the night. It is also in the flight path so you hear jets taking off/landing until maybe 11PM. The water spigots for RV sites are not even maybe a foot from the ground & point down, so if you have a water filter you MUST bring a flex adapter or you won't be able to use it

Very clean place. Staff is totally awesome and takes great care of property. Peaceful stay and pet friendly. Wide level pull thru RV slots.

One of the best KOA campgrounds we have stayed in. Lots of trees shading the sites and grounds were well-kept. The management were so friendly and helpful. AND the pizza and cinnamon donut delivery was a great extra. Would recommend this campground to anyone.

Everything was great. Friendly staff and a well kept facility. My only complaint were the loud train whistles which seemed to occur at all hours of the day and night.

The lady at the front desk is so outgoing and friendly from making reservations over the phone and upon arrival. She has great customer service in mind. Everyone else was very nice that we encountered as well. We will come back!

5 stars? More like 10 stars! We stayed 3 weeks and really got a good feel for the place. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and kind. The laundry facilities were clean and always available. The grounds were well cared for and beautiful. The pizza delivery to your RV site was terrific! Use that service the day you arrive to make your travel/set up day less stressful. A top 10 KOA in our book!

We “felt” something different about Spfld KOA this trip, we had parked there earlier in 2021 and swore we would not go back, but family matters took us back. We are happy with the “feeling” this trip and will return when in Spfld. It is a little tight, we had to back out of our space.

First, let me say we arrived after dark.. we ourselves broke our #1 rule do not arrive after dark. I informed the park with my reservation that I had 42’ coach and was towing. The site we were assigned to the turn to the site was so tight, there WAS NO WAY we were getting in that spot.. let alone try it in the dark.Told no other sites available. at 8:45 pm we left. Not a pleasant experience.

Only stayed overnight while passing through but it was a nice place. Sites are close together like most all KOAs but plenty of large shade trees. The check in was very streamlined and the clerk was about the most pleasant one I’ve ever dealt with. I would stay here again… and again.

Enjoyed our stay, site was nice, level and clean. The KOA store had everything we needed, we purchased LP, Aluminum foil and Ice.

Stayed at this campground due to an appt. at Mercy Springfield. This was our third stay at this park. The first was in 2011 when we retired to AR. There is a train track very close by and it is loud. Campsites are shady and well spaced. We are KOA Rewards card members; so, we always stay at a KOA when possible. Otherwise we stay at State parks, if we can get a site.

Cramped pull thru. Had to unhook tow to fit RV & car on lot. Had someone arrive & set up around midnight next to us. Grounds need some attention. The most expensive place we stayed & the worst accommodations. The young man who checked us in was very professional & did a nice job.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Beautiful setting.(planes, trains & automobiles don't bother us) and level site. The only issue was 2 piles of doggie doo doo left at back edge of lot. Someone was not watching their dog !

Campground staff are welcoming and very helpful. The only negative would be the noise from the next door train tracks with load horns noisy passage.

I arrive late and greeted by the sweetest couple (guests) with a flashlight who guided me to my spot. It has been a long drive and I was exhausted. The campground is very well-maintained with lots of land! The people who run it are adorable and so very friendly! The pizza was incredible! But then there’s the train!!! Oh my goodness! I didn’t get any sleep! However I would stay here again!

sewer hook up at front of site instead of rear. 20' hose was not enough. Had to pull o to the drive in order to empty tanks. Not convenient.

We have stayed here several times love it lot of shade at your camp site little train noise but that's ok .close to what ever you need camp store propane or wood very nice.

Would be helpful to have a few more signs directing to the location along the way. Pleasant surroundings and friendly staff - however, be prepared for very loud train whistles periodically as it is near a train crossing.

I was visiting my brother so wasn't at campground only at night but sites and grounds were clean and taken care of. Employee's were helpful and courteous.. No complaints. Will use again.

Nice park. Lots of room between sites. Good areas to walk your dog. Close to train track's so noise from trains, but the park is so nice it makes up for it.
