We stayed in a deluxe cabin, and it was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

We knew it an "in town" location, which is partially why we chose it. What bothered us was the huge disparity of quality of back-in campsites. Site #25 was terrible! It was significantly narrower than the back-in sites north of it. Besides being much smaller, it also backed up to the Spray Wash. It had less area, bad view, more noise, and brighter lights than other sites. And we had zero choice.

Our site was just behind a car Wash and a fish market . Somerhing on the fish market was making some intermittent noise every 20-30 minutes all day and night. Very croud camping, expensive laundry. Only positive things is the proximity of Anastasia State Park.

Il y a place à amélioration pour les sites sur le sable/terre. Ça colle à nos chaussures et pieds et, ça salit nos VR. Vous devriez mettre du pavé sur le sentier pour aller aux douches. Le prix pour les laveuses et sécheuses trop dispendieux. Bravo pour les douches, très beaux et très propres.

Friendly, Attentive and Knowledgeable staff. Nice, well cared for Park. Convenient Location. Wife took many Photos of the Wildlife that was abundant on the Lake area, within your Park. We have earmarked your Park in our KOA Book. We will return to your Park on our return trip to home.

The lot we had was so small our f250 barely fit to park it. There was little to no room for any chairs. The campground was in a great spot to visit the downtown area so that was the bonus!

The tent camping is behind a strip mall. That needs to be clear on the website. We saw a light up billboard from our tent. I never would have booked had I known that

The pads to park on are poor shape and too narrow, vehicles parking in edge of road to make wide turning(my 39’motorhome) almost impossible, the checking staff was extremely rude to our friends wife to the point I was about to get involved as well and only place we’ve stayed where unisex bathrooms instead of men/women. My wife doesn’t want to use a man’s toilet because most men don’t lif

The floor in the cabin was not clean, if you walked bare footed it would turn the bottom of your feet black. A vanity bulb was burned out. Otherwise it was nice.

Great park! Easy to get to the beach and to historic st Augustine. Tiny pool right on a busy road and tiny dog park. Great patio site. Loved it!

Check in was quick and easy. We were escorted to our pull through site where we did not have to unhook for the one night. Campsite was spacious and clean. We were pleased with our stay and will return.

Thix KOA was our first. I was surprised at all the employees that constantly clean the sites, rakes leaves, cleaned bathrooms and picked our trash often. They are all helpful and pleasant. The water pressure was not great but everything else was good. I plan to return again. This KOA was fun and worth staying!

Location is great to beaches and town. Facilities are clean and comfortable, and our site was nice. The pool was freezing cold. Many folks headed down to the pool but were disappointed when they tried to swim. This KOA needs to consider a heated pool.

Pool was disappointing. Water was ice cold. Is it that much more to heat the pool? That aside, cabin was clean and comfortable as were the facilities. Good location for beaches and it is nice that the trolley shuttle stops here.

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
