Too many loud drunks that didn’t care about the quiet time. Staff was nice, but it was overshadowed by the people arguing about if they should be driving or if they were too drunk to get more beer. I assume that’s the standard since St Augustine is a tourist town, which was the only downside of the stay. The staff was helpful and the place was clean enough.

We spent five nights in a tent. The campground was well maintained, the bathrooms were cleaned twice daily and were very clean. Instead of stalls, there were individual bathrooms which provided a lot of privacy for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the location. Short distance from the beach and the city, stores nearby. Quiet neighborhood and campsite. Will go again!

9 day stay in a tent. Bathrooms and showers were clean, had hot water, and always worked. Will book there again.

Staff was nice, but a terrible location for tent-camping. Never again. Very small campsites, very noisy area. I got a hotel after 2 sleepless nights, forfeiting 3 nights of my money so I could get sleep. Campfire smoke all night within a few feet of my tent. Only 2 toilets in the Men's bathroom. Two of four sink faucets did not work. Missing shower doors, broken heads. Poorly maintained facility.

Awful stay !!! Campers next to me playing music till 12:00 midnight until I asked them to be quiet! Restroom behind check in building had neglected repairs!!! I said something to clerk at front desk . She didn’t care , acted like she was unaware of broken toilets and shower doors gone !! With the prices of a tent camping spot they should be able to have better facilities instead of excuses!!

Had a very nice time. Staff was excellent. Very convenient to the AMP. Should consider providing shuttle to local attractions, downtown.

The campsite was so small that both us and our neighbors were literally tripping over our tent ties. We were back right up to the back of a business building that had a loud rhythmic banging noise all night. I graciously gave 2 stars because the staff were super friendly and the bathrooms are well kept. Definitely not a site for tent camping at all. We checked out the very next morning.

This KOA packs a lot of people into a small space. We had a tent and we’re kept up during the night with the person next to us coughing. I liked the individual showers. The location was good. However, it wasn’t an area I felt I could ride my bike because of the intense traffic on the roads. Our tent wasn’t on a pad and with the ongoing rain, it was a mess trying to clean it.

Tent sites a very small with no privacy at all. The back wall of the tent sites is right against a strip mall. The sand pads get extremely flooded and with the Florida rain you are under water. I’ve stayed at a lot of KOA is this by far was the worse. Overall “small, no parking, no Privacy, and right in the middle of a neighborhood. Would not recommend..

Wasn’t expecting tent sites to be next to a busy street. Garbage truck picking up dumpsters at 0445 was a nice touch as well. I would think tent sites would be in the back of the property. Other than that, it would have been a very enjoyable experience. 2/10 for tent camping.

My son got sick a few days into a week long trip. We were in the ER before we had to go. When I went to check out much to my surprise I got a refund on the remaining days, I wasn’t expecting this as most places wouldn’t do this. Top notch people and campground.

Tent camping with my 9-year old. Her first experience and loved it. She said she wants to do it again. Pricey for tent camping $70!

The KOA itself is clean and well maintained and close to local attractions and the beach. The staff was friendly. I want to SHOUT OUT to Daniella. She was extra helpful with local information. She was also very patient with all the questions I had. Daniella greeted me every morning when I came for my morning cup of coffee with a smile and a "Good Morning!". She is a KEEPER!!

Great stay! Bathrooms were clean, staff was friendly & accommodating. We visited downtown & the beach a lot, basically back at site for grilling & sleeping. Had coffee by the lake, watch the stars at night. Relaxing.. ���

Daniella was fantastica as were the rest of the team. You need a bench in the shower stalls vs a chair as there isn't any counter space in the bathroom. Other than that it was a great place!

- sites were clean. - staff was very helpful. Cons - we were on site 7,8,9,10. There was no trees for shade on these sites. - power was 30 amp and we were unable to plug any heaters.

Stayed at a tent site quiet campground. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. In the city so no worries about wildlife visiting. Close to anything you might need while away from home.

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
