Very clean facilities! Best ever seen! Well pointed sites. Didn’t expect chairs and tables and grill! In am noticed unpleasant smells, prior to check out. But air was fresh rest of day. Triply nice amenity to explore town and loved that we could walk to beach. Staff very helpful and friendly!

The park was beautiful, with a small lake behind our camper. The sites were close together as in most KOAs, but the way the sites were angled you didn’t feel like you were right on top of your neighbor. Bathrooms were very clean.

Loved the premium site. Heard some street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. Not walking distance to the heart of St. Augustine, but relatively close.

Nothing fancy about the sites but the staff was amazing! Staff was pleasant and helpful with every interaction. Campground was immaculate and the best thing was how quiet it was particularly over New Years weekend. We will definitely returning for another stay!

Very nice park. Well situated 1 mile from an awesome beach. Clean park. Really like the cement pads to keep from tracking every morsel into the RV. Loved the park and St. Augustine.

Nice campground, spaced out well and convenient to everything especially the beach by bike. Only drawback was businesses around there leaving spotlights on at night killing the camping with a fire atmosphere. The car wash was lit up till late every night and there’s a huge billboard lit all night. Staff was friendly and bathrooms were clean.

We rented a deluxe cabin and had an amazing time. The cabin was clean, stocked and perfect for my family. We will definitely be back!

My son got sick a few days into a week long trip. We were in the ER before we had to go. When I went to check out much to my surprise I got a refund on the remaining days, I wasn’t expecting this as most places wouldn’t do this. Top notch people and campground.

Had a wonderful stay, staff was friendly, camp was clean, trolly tours picks you up and drops you off at campground. The only downside is campsites are very cramped, our patio was right up against the utilities and back of the next camper.

Short stay of three nights. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Other campers and cabin guest very friendly as well. Cabin was clean and we loved the deck on the water. Great location halfway between the downtown area and the beaches. We will definitely stay here again.

Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Aja in the office went over and above too help with out reservation. She is amazing. The campground is clean and neat with a great location. Next time we would choose a site away from the cabins. Those people were too loud, but it was a holiday week. So, not a huge problem.

Tent camping with my 9-year old. Her first experience and loved it. She said she wants to do it again. Pricey for tent camping $70!

We just can't say enough good things about st. Augustine KOA. Clean restrooms and showers. They furnish regular size grills and the gas. Clean like very beautiful you can paddle boat. Bicycle friendly and pet friendly. Close to all the major attractions and the beach. God willing we want to make St Augustine KOA our vacation destination.

The reason why this place is getting a 5 star review from me is the employees. They provided wonderful customer service and were so helpful. The pool is beautiful, clean, yet cold. You can't beat the proximity to St. Augustine. I easily was able to get an Uber. Very clean campground.

This is our first KOA experience because the price is outside our budget but we considered our week stay as part of our Christmas. This location to spend Christmas week was perfect! Loved the private showers and nice laundry area. Very clean, quiet, friendly stay!

The electric panel to plug in for power was bad it kept shorting out. I’ had a surge protection but still popped my inverter and had no power. I spent several hours unscrewing my panels trying to find a way to reset. When I told 3 people working there upon checkout the next morning no one thought to offer some form of compensation.

This is our first time and the stay was great!!! The location was perfect, not too close /not too far from the city. Staff was fantastic and helpful! Bathrooms were clean! Can’t ask for more!!!

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
