Great location. Friendly staff. The park overall needs refreshed. The back side fence line and pond especially. The storage area is in disarray and visible from the outside sidewalk too.

Staff was great! Welcoming and the facilities were clean. cabin was nice. Too much Murphy's oil soap. had to air it out. But very pleased.

We have stayed here three times over the years. Staff are super friendly, very clean restrooms. Other camper’s are all friendly. We have stayed twice now in the same cabin K1. We love the location.

Our stay was wonderful. It was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and the bath house was very nice. The amenities and hookups worked well.

We come to St Augustine Beach KOA once or twice a year and we love it! It's a peaceful slice of paradise that's close to both the beach and historic downtown. Can't get any better!

The campground is conveniently located with respect to the beach and restaurants. However, we found a lot of dog poop along the campground roads and there was a pile in our site as well. I realize it’s guests responsibility to pick up after their dogs but - if they don’t- the staff should.

The KOA itself is clean and well maintained and close to local attractions and the beach. The staff was friendly. I want to SHOUT OUT to Daniella. She was extra helpful with local information. She was also very patient with all the questions I had. Daniella greeted me every morning when I came for my morning cup of coffee with a smile and a "Good Morning!". She is a KEEPER!!

It was a bit noisy; we were between two dogs that barked off and on during the night. Other than that, we had a great stay and will be staying here again in the future.

We rented a Deluxe cabin for two nights. The cabins are cute and are cozy. The cabin wasn’t really clean, so be prepared to wash dishes and appliances before use. We have two dogs and we’re disappointed in the dog area, but managed to walk them enough for exercise. The employees were very nice. we were warned that the Air conditioner can’t be colder than 72, or it quits.

The staff was excellent, and friendly. My only complaint is that for a deluxe site, the patio furniture and grill was in pretty bad shape and so was the patio.

The sites are very tight. And dangerous. I fell over a unused fire pit and fell so hard I hit my collarbone. We stay at 100s KOA. Probably not stay at this one again. Needs updating.

It was chosen for the convenience to town and the beach. Our site 16 was ok. It was mostly dirt, no grass, so stuff got dirty. It backs up to the back of retail store including Papa Johns. Which would be fine because there is a tall wood fence but the noise from the rooftop fans were pretty noisy. The sites on the other side look much better on the water, large pond.

Friendly staff! Very helpful! Our rig is 13'4" tall. No problem getting in or out of site! Straight shot to St. Augustine.

Awesome near enough to everything . Clean nice space. Had a slight issue with 50 amp service but it was taken care of immediately. No problem.

Campground: lovely set-up with a pond (“lake”), large variety of mature trees, asphalt roads & pads (potholes). Outdoor table, chairs, grill & fire pit provided. RVs on one side of the pond, cottages on the other. Site condition: steep slope to get into pond side site. Recommend pulling thru to the front of the pad & park your truck across the front of your rig.

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
