The facilities are clean and neat. The people at KOA were friendly and helpful. The bath house looks brand new. The WIFI is very slow in the morning but improves later in the day. We will be back as there is many things to do here.

Campground was neat. Staff was friendly. Sites somewhat level but all had great view of lake. Especially liked the separate patio area complete with Barbeque Grill, which was brand new.

This lovely KOA is just about as perfect as it gets! Really! Gorgeous, a lake, super clean everywhere, perfect location. This was our 2nd visit. Great park!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Trolley is easily accessible from the inside of the KOA. Hot Showers and Restrooms were almost spotless. We will return to the KOA when in St Augustine.

It was a peaceful time, our site was facing the lake. We enjoyed bike riding to the beach, the food trucks across the street (A1A) were very fresh and tasty good. Thanks and we'll be back...

Being backed up to the fish store, every 10 minutes, day and night, their ice machine noisily dumped ice in their hopper.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. We stopped in back in October after making reservation and even during this visit they were very accommodating and helpful. We loved our site #41 as we had trees. We also loved the fact that each site had tables and chairs, firepit and grill. We will definitely come back.

My site was not what I expected. It seemed like it was an overflow motorhome area behind the office. My previous stay a few years ago was impressive but not this time. Saturday night 3 Sheriffs vehicles arrived to arrest a man for domestic violence in the cabin across from our site. Your staff was friendly and welcoming.

We came for a concert but found so much more! The park was friendly and well-cared for! There was a public park nearby that we saw people feeding mega amounts of turtles. The pond in the campground was great for viewing ducks, birds, fish and renting paddle boats. There were shops nearby but the park fence placement made it feel separate and private. Beaches were only a few miles away.

The laundry rooms, showers and bathrooms were all clean. All the people who work there were all friendly. I would have liked more amenities i.e. larger dog park, larger playground and I would have liked an exercise room because while you are staying at this campground there is not much to do there. We did enjoy visiting St Augustine town center.

The campground is awesome. Staff courtesy is beyond reproach. Focus on camper relations is 100%. Cleanliness, site preparation, and campground is top notch. When I return to St. Augustine if I bring my camper, I will camp. If I return without the camper, I will rent a cabin. Anja at the front desk is absolutely wonderful as the “first contact” at the campground.

This is our second stay here. Check in was quick and easy, used points to save money. Danyella the blond was super fantastic, very helpful with info on the Night of Lights tour and how to get to easy parking of a dully truck downtown. She was friendly and knowledgeable about things we asked about she is a gem. Park is clean easy in and out loved the new upgraded shower/restrooms.

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
