Terrific location. A 20 minute bike ride to the historic center of town. Helpful staff. Nice site with its own bbq.

Nice clean, quite campground a short distance from the beach and historic areas. We had some trouble with one of our slide outs and the staff came together to help us fix the problem. We could not get it fixed and had to wait another day to get service tech out to fix it. The campground was sold out, but they still managed a solution in a smaller site we could stay in. Great staff.

We loved this KOA. Super friendly and helpful staff. The bathrooms and showers were immaculate. We took the Beach bus to a tour bus down to St Augustine which was well worth it. We will definitely be back!

friendly staff, clean public areas, especially the bathrooms. Very impressed. will visit again. Do recommend selling food in the store for the ducks that live there. That would be a huge hit, especially with the kids.

People in the reception area were very friendly and accommodating, however the person who escorted us to our site needs to be more friendly. The bbq at the site was terrible and needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Sites were roomy and clean. Location was great cl l lose to oo all the city had to offer. We'll be back to stay here.

Our site as well as others is dirt on either side. Very nasty in rain. Easy fix with pavers or rock. Where the Rv sits is concrete. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. The only issue preventing a perfect score is the site conditions. Thank you

The campground was immaculate. Bathrooms and laundry room always very clean, as well as the grounds. Everyone who worked there was super nice.

bathrooms and all areas of park very clean easy access to beaches and downtown cement patio cracked and very small gas grills on site were great! prefer picnic table - 3 chairs and a small round table odd and did not seat all of our family for dinner very noisy-traffic all night long and car wash noisy did not feel safe with people wandering through from neighboring local businesses

Overall, a nice stay- staff is friendly and the bathrooms were all very clean and well appointed. The campground is convenient to many of St. Augustine's primary destinations. My only misgiving has nothing to do with the KOA, but the neighboring uses- the car was was buzzing with activity all night long, and the back of the retail building next door has mold growing on it.

Your staff were well trained and very friendly Our site was paved and flat with all utilities at just the right spot. The lavatories and showers were spotless and cleaned often. Our greatest rating to you. We’ll be back, soon!

The office lady was pretty rude. The guy checking out was super nice. There was 2 piles of dirt in the room and shell dirt everywhere checking in. Fan pull was broken. But overall I’d stay again.

Great location, great service. Tight spaces, but grill and nice patio table and chairs are already set up and clean. Trash is picked up all day. No real need to stay on the “lake”. Easy walk to the state park beach and to the pier. Markets and restaurants are nearby. Easy to find from I95. Can catch a trolley to the historic center or it’s about 3 miles.

The bathrooms were pretty far away and the surrounding area where we were camped wasn't up to the KOA standards. so far the two Florida campgrounds have not been as clean and nice as the other states we have visited. come on Florida, we are residents, and we know that you can do better.

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
