The staff was very friendly and helpful. They took great care of the facilities. I only gave it a lower rating because the sites are very close together and the location is not very good for camping. But it is very convenient to St Augustine and the beaches.

Check-in staff was great. Location was amazing, (being so close to the city which was our main reason for visiting.) The grounds were kept immaculately clean.

I always stay at this KOA when in St. Augustine. Love the amenities: Concrete site, view of the pond, quiet, cable and central to everything. After staying at Anasthasia, I found I'm not a "roughing it kind of person." Staff was pleasant and campground was well maintained. Campers enjoyed the fire pits at night.

It rained our entire trip and we were not able to get out and do anything. The campground was nice and well maintained and the staff were very pleasant.

It was a stormy stay but KOA maintenance stayed ahead of the debris in the Park. Great location, easy access to everything.

We have stayed at the St Augustine KOA many times. We keep coming back because the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The campground itself is impeccably clean and well laid out. Even our pups love the K9 park.

We stayed in a camping cabin(no bathroom), but there are plenty of bathrooms and showers nearby. They have a new building with 6 very nice private bathrooms each with a nice shower. It was a little noisy with road noise from A1A, but otherwise in a great location close to historic St. Augustine.

Price was a little too high. The toilet paper dispensers are so low, and when I tried to use them, the rolls were stuck up in the mechanism. Another issue was the slope of the showers. The slope is too steep for the drains, thus even though I am athletic, I had to be careful showering and drying off. Could cause someone else to slip and fall. But, workers were all great!!! Clean place all around.

We enjoyed our stay at KOA St. Augustine Beach very much. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. The campground is also very conveniently located to tour the beach and St. Augustine's historical districts.

Great customer service on phone from Ivory & Gordon! Campground clean but very sparse in terms of amenities/ activities for those not sightseeing - mini golf, shuffleboard, corn hole courts would have been nice. And calling a swing seat and raised fire pit a deluxe site? Also, other KOA escorts double check RV operator knows where utilities, not a quick drive thru that we received

Made a reservation 4 months in advance. Always ask for satellite friendly site. We got a site under trees! There was an open site across from us we asked to move to but were told it was reserved can't move. We were there for 5 nights and the site remained VACANT the entire time. Don't go, they will not accommodate you! Our door opened to the side of a hill! $85 a night, waste of money!

The staff is friendly and Thoughtful Of our needs when we arrived to our site there wasn't a grill They immediately went and got one for us and answered all our questions with direct answers � My wife and I can't wait to come back on New Year's We just love this place

Getting in and out of our site was a joke, the employees parked their cars in front of us making it very difficult!!!! And we were never told anything about the shuttle.

Our first RV outing was at this KOA location a year ago. Now that we have a bit more experience, I will say the front desk folks were great. NOT great: the narrow roads and the fact that we had a problem with people not picking up after their dogs...we had 2 unpleasant incidents (poo all over our tires and poo on my husband's shoe which he unknowingly tracked inside).

We were placed on lot 24 and were very disappointed. On the other side of the fence was a 24 hour car wash which had very bright lights that shined right on our campsite. It was also very noisy from the car wash, busy street and the fish market that the ice machine dropped ice every hour. A different lot would have gotten 4 stars for the convenient location and friendly staff.

Why have regulations when that aren’t enforced? On 10-29-21 nearby campers who arrived late in the dark stayed up celebrating loudly until almost midnight. Shortly after midnight 2 loud motorcyclists arrived and circled several times before finding their cabin( end of lake middle cabin of 3), then gatheringon the porch loudly talking & laughing. Why are motorcyclists allowed inside after midnig

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
