Tight quarters. The entrance was a challenge. Only room for two vehicles. Long ones stick out into main road. On exit, if someone needs to dump road is blocked until finished. Staff is great, got some great tips on bug control in Florida. Well maintained. Each site has table, chairs fire pit and bbq. Nice setup. Wifi was good.

It was our first time staying in a KOA cabin. We normally take our travel trailer but we did not want to haul it 19 hours. The cabin was so clean! You could smell the cleaning products when we walked in which we loved because you know they actually cleaned. The grounds were kept up with and the pool area spotless. The staff was professional and courteous. Very close to the beach!!!

Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short for health reasons, but the campground seemed very nice and had fun things to do. Price was a little high.

It was our first KOA stay. CONS: We didn't get to pick our site; there tree branches in the way of rolling out our awning unless we pulled up to the road; the picnic table was very rough shape; very sporadic WIFI; a mask was required to go in the office; ants in the sand near the picnic table; PROS: Very clean; nice facilities; walk to beach; got a refund when we chose to leave early. Just OK.

It was easy in, very clean, easy out. We personally would prefer more room between sites but understand in a popular area that's not always possible.

Beautiful park, location to town and beach are great, shuttle service and amenities make life easier. Walk along the pond is nice, could use a bridge over the pond to make access to restrooms easier, you must walk all the way around the pond to use the shower facilities. Staff was welcoming and professional.

The tent sites & the place were amazing. Suppose to be no noise between 10pm and 8 am. Well party until 130 am the first night and barking dogs left outside all night. 2nd night dogs parking all night still after complaint then 12 am a diesel truck bringing in a 5th wheel and set in front of our tents for 20 minutes. Had to go confront them myself. Won't be staying here again.

Perfect location for touring St. Augustine. The free, with the purchase of a trolley ticket, shuttle to downtown made for a stress free day.

It was clean and friendly by staff and other campers. The lot was great! The surroundings of the park caught us of guard, off main road and houses/business on other side of fence all around. Dog run area could be bigger and have water, and more grass. But for the most part it was good and convenient to everything!!

On first impression, camp ground is in an odd place compared to other I have camped in. The tent sites, which is were we stayed, seemed at first even odder. But I can say without a doubt that I was wrong. The location is great, the facilities are spotless and the staff very very friendly and helpful. This is a must stay if your camping in St. Augustine for sure. I will stay again!

We like staying there and we have before but some parties that were staying last weekend were quite loud and the quiet time was not enforced. Also, people in the tent sites kept walking directly through our RV site to get the restrooms even though we repeatedly asked them to use the designated walkway that was only 2 sites over.

We return to the St. Augustine KOA as often as we can. The KOA us the best location for Old Town and the beaches. It's also a trolly stop. Friendly staff and effecient.

Water spigot broken. Couldn't plug in to electric outlets for 110 either. People employed there were very nice.

Ridiculous pricing for a shared site. Was quoted a lower price the cha5gefmorr on arrival. People packed in and no privacy whatsoever. Never again.

What a beautiful campground!! The staff was so nice and helpful the people actually inside the campground were all super friendly and welcoming. Their dog park was the best yet! It already had balls and toys for them to play with and it was nice and shady. The grounds were nice and clean and so was their bathrooms and showers. Campground was very courteous and helpful. We had mechanical issues with our front slides and they were able to accommodate 2 extra days so we could get repairs done. Also the men helped tremendously with getting the slides in. Many thanks.

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
