We had a non lakeside pull thru that worked out very well for our 1 night stay. Easy to pull thru and not unhook our vehicle. Maintenance team hard at work replacing grills and other chores. Staff friendly and helpful. We would come back!

We stay here once or twice a year as my brother lives nearby. It has always been a very pleasant visit. The location is great with restaurants, food trucks, convenience stores, a drug store, and a Dollar General within walking distance. One of the local trolley companies offers service to old town just a few minutes away. The beach is an easy drive or bike ride away.

Convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. Some narrow sites but that was ok. Rebooked for 3 weeks next year and would definitely do it again. Beaches are close as well as necessary shopping. (Dog groomers, too). Nice people and staff. Well kept park that you can walk to most anything.

A recommendation by friends turned into a wonderful vacation. The campground was so welcoming, always clean, the cabin views were perfect and the staff went up and beyond to make sure I was happy! I will be returning very soon to make more memories!

Normal KOA bells & whistles - great location - good maintenance. Very disappointed with my specific site - terrible. KOA member, stayed four (4) days & have a small motorhome - stuck me in one of the worst locations available. No concrete slab on a busy tight roundabout - noisy - when it rained it was an absolute mess. Suspect big rigs $$ staying longer get the nicer spots.

Staff very polite and helpful. Site was neat, tidy and well equipped.

We have ALWAYS enjoyed our many KOA stays; beautiful sites, space between sites, clean and attractive (Wilmington NC is a model) rest rooms, lack of dirt tracked into our RV and gracious staff. This is what we have come to expect from KOA. Not at St Augustine. We won't let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch. Looking forward to more KOA stays.

Always a pleasant stay. We sop in here every time we travel South.

We stayed at the KOA in St. Augustine fit a week. The campground is well kept and the staff was friendly. Our site was nice... plenty wide and long for our 41' 5th wheel n and to park our truck (sideways in front of the camper). We were located across from the bath house. We have already reserved space in this campground for 2 more weeks later this year. We didn't use the pool, but it lookef nice.

Had a great time. Staff polite and helpful The cabin had several wasps on the windows but they were easy enough to set free.

Very nice park. We were at the end and not sure we liked it because it wasn't a good view of the water, but ended up very nice and private.

It was ok the sites are small and very little grass area. The pool was not heated and was way to cold to go swimming.

Loud traffic noise. Thought the staff could bee more friendly. Good for an overnight stay but, not long term. Much noise from the cabins along the fence line. The quite hours were not enforced.

Two nights in March. Clean and quiet. The people were friendly and we enjoyed the Freedom schooner cruise in St Augustine. Would come again.

You could improve your campground by listing the spaces that are paved and grass on your map. Also, showing tent sites. The tent campers by us were extremely loud, partying until about 1;00 AM.

Liked it for the location but premium sites , especially ours was very unlevel with broken concrete right off our steps and it was tight, not big rig friendly as they say! Drew in the office should also be a little less condescending when speaking with customers!

We stayed at deluxe site #79. One suggestion: fill in the areas with small gravel to avoid walking in sand where we walk in and out of the RV. Sand treks into the RV.

The park is very beautiful. Lake. It’s quiet. Easy to get into with your RV. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. They were on top of keeping the facility clean. Showers were very clean plenty of hot water. Will definitely stay there again. Close proximity to the beach and historic Saint Augustine. Excellent KOA.

My husband and 4 kids took a road-trip for spring break to St Augustine from Tulsa Ok. Our 5 night stay was a really fun adventure. We were not too far away from the beaches. I wish I would have brought my bike because it was a little far to walk to the beach. The trolley stopping in the campground taking you into town and giving you history was cool. The paddle boats were fun. Again, overall Fun!

Our premium site was next to tents. Loud talking (our windows closed) way into the night. A tent camper parked his truck in our spot so had to find him when returned from day adventure. The truck was moved but had to ask again in order to pull out of tight spot when leaving. Surprised since a KOA.

Our stay started out very nicely at check in, we even confirmed we would be leaving on Monday, 31 January. Had four great days and then on Sunday the the proverbial excrement hit the fan. I received a phone call about noon asking if I was leaving. I responded with yes on Monday. This followed with the comment that I had not paid for Sunday and did not have a reservation for Sunday. not happy

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
