Very nice place, and nice staff. Delivered firewood and store items to our campsite. Laundry, shower and restrooms much nicer than most campgrounds. Reasonable price for the beach area. Will stay there again, and would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean, well kept park. Sites spaced just right. Great pet walking area, pet poop bags/dump station spaced along gravel walk. Thoughtful layout. Pet play area off leash.

Paid for premium site but it didn’t feel very premium. Skinny lots, door opening to sand with a few sprouts of grass, and the parking pad was so uneven that it was a struggle to level the RV. Best part were all the different bird breads and ducks on site.

Nice campground with cozy feel in a great location. My family really enjoyed our stay. The little pond was a nice touch with lots of visiting birds. Nearby beach is beautiful with nice, wide bike path from the campground.

This location is right in town. Its not secluded and quiet and sites are on top of each other. That being said its clean and felt safe. We didnt spend a lot of time as we were exploring St augustine and doing tours. Its only 12 mins to downtown area so great location if that's what you plan on doing.

Our stay was short, only one night. However, we were very impressed on how clean this property was as well as all of the amenities they had to offer. Most sites were Pull in which made it very convenient. Our site was facing the lake and it was very peaceful.

I enjoyed the location and everything was clean and tidy. Staff was great. One small issue. I emailed the staff three times before my stay and the I don't know if anyone reads email there? It was a minor question, but I would suggest that if you place the email address on the confirmation that you may need to read it from time to time.

Cabin was clean and comfortable and well maintained. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely met our expectations. Only complaint is that stagnant pond needs to be aerated..not pleasant for guests, turtles nor birds.

My fiancée & I had the BEST experience!! Gordon booked our trip, helped with everything we needed and was super friendly. This was our first RV trip and Mike helped us set up our RV on the site. He took time to explain all hook-ups and how everything works. While checking out this morning, the owner Jennifer was very nice and made sure our stay was perfect. What a great weekend & experience!!

Easy check in process, we had a nice shady spot. Used the showers and they were very clean and set up for anyone’s use.

We had a great time. Looking forward to coming back soon. A couple of things that stood out the most were everyone was so friendly and the area is very pet friendly.

Awesome park and location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We even tried to extend from our original 4 days, but unfortunately they were booked! The laundry was the best, $3 to wash and very large dryers that dried out towels in under 30 minutes for only $1.50! Clean and helpful & very friendly staff!

Friendly, helpful staff. Close to beaches, shopping & restaurants. Trolley Service ($) to beaches and downtown was great!!! Clean campground with excellent hook ups. Staff always working. Surrounding area not so picturesque. Should upgrade patio furniture. Looks mismatched worn and tired. Camp sights close together, but not intrusive. Easy exit. Would definitely return.

Great location super friendly staff. Beautiful park with exceptional bathroom and shower facilities. A big plus was the shuttle pick up for the St Augustine tour company. I’d give this a great big thumbs up

We stayed there so that we could attend John Legend concert at the Amp. SO CONVENIENT!!! Great restaurants in the area. We will be BACK!!!

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
