We stayed in a kabin. The room was clean. We camp often. The men's bathhouse was unacceptable. 2 of 3 of the showers were missing privacy doors which in my opinion is an a complete failure. Kids shower in there and are offered no privacy while disrobing and drying off. This is something which should be fixed immediately! I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the men's room.

The staff were fantastic! However, the property needs considerable updating. We paid top dollar to stay in a cabin. The air conditioner was dated, malfunctioned throughout the night, and made a loud grinding noise. The screens on the window and screen door were rusting and had sizable holes in them. The bathrooms near our cabin were in poor shape, the locks stuck when closing making it impossible.

Both RV and cabins packed in very tight, cabins need repairs, air conditioner not working, family member got stuck in a bathroom because the locks stuck and no matter how we tried could not open it due to rust. Flooding around bathroom and several camping sites with poor drainage. The staff were friendly and helpful, showers clean. However, the owners need to attend to wear and tear, paint, etc.

Well kept facilities, pleasant staff and facilities personnel! Many sites, however, are not level for the size coaches placed on them - and sites are VERY small/tight. No way to have an awning out and shrubbery will scratch your coach. Booked reservation 5 months in advance and our 43’ Class A was in the perhaps worst site for its size. Small but nice patio w/good grill, propane & furniture!

The cabin was clean and the refrigerator, microwave and dishes were in good shape. The mattress was horrible. They were uncomfortable, made a terrible plastic rustling noise whenever you turned over in bed, moved at all or sat on the bed. We woke up numerous times at night because of this. Terrible!!! The pillows were old and dingey l. We would recommend a. Hair next to the bed for more comfort.

It was very wet our first two days, and being that our spot was mostly dirt, everything we had was muddy. Weather is not the fault of KOA but the sites are mostly dirt, which we were not excited about. The place is located in a great spot and everything else was good.

We love staying at St. Augustine Beach KOA. It's perfect, in location to all our destinations. We visit several times a year. Nice staff.

For the price of approx$165 a night I would have expected comfortable bed. Absolutely horrible both mattress & bed. cabin was extremely outdated, the fan in between the living and bunks was cranking- you can not use. Would be nice to have a small sitting chair, so you don’t always need to sit on bed. The hightop table was peeling and sticky. cabin 105. There was 10 of us in 5 cabins all the sam

For $200 a night, the mattresses should be replaced. We had a party of 10 and not one of us got any sleep on our 3 night stay. They are very hard and noisy. The linens were all faded and very thin. At that price, at minimum there should be comfortable quiet beds. They should lower the price to $100 a night or put some money back into the cabins.

Too many loud drunks that didn’t care about the quiet time. Staff was nice, but it was overshadowed by the people arguing about if they should be driving or if they were too drunk to get more beer. I assume that’s the standard since St Augustine is a tourist town, which was the only downside of the stay. The staff was helpful and the place was clean enough.

Perfect spot for our family!! 20 min walk or 5 min bike ride to the beach, our dog loved it, very welcoming, clean & easy in & out with our rv. Can’t wait to go back!!!

This KOA Campground is in need of some serious TLC. By far one of the least cared for KOA properties we've stayed in since we joined the KOA Rewards program (and we've stayed in six KOA Campgrounds in the last year). Internet needs an upgrade and not having ice available was a real inconvenience.

Deluxe cabin had no stove top, pots and pans, serving bowls, toaster. Walk into the bedroom! No futon. Table too small to even play games. No porch swing So small.... like a basic cabin with frig,sink,bathroom and TV Clean. Super housekeeper....hospitable, helpful, always about working.

Loved the cabins! Right on the water, very clean and tidy, grounds were also nice. Lots of grass.....so no gravel parking lot vibe around the cabins themselves.....adds to the camping/ cabin vibe. Will definitely stay again!

Perfectly situated....easy walk to the beach and access to shopping/restaurants. Also the Trolley Tour shuttle right from the campground office was so convenient to explore St Augustine without the hassle of driving/parking. The spots by the lake/pond were nice - many birds. The sites came with nice patio style table & chairs and a new grill with propane. Everyone was friendly & helpful

Narrow site. Backed up to a 6’ board fence that “shielded” a commercial area and a busy road. Not picturesque enough to warrant the cost.

First few days were great! Good location and clean facilities. Last night was not good. Since we extended our stay an extra night, we had to move to site 100 in “The Circle.” Due to rain it flooded. Only 5 sites were like this. I was concerned about turning off the power. These sites must be improved. Except for this, we liked the campground.

We spent five nights in a tent. The campground was well maintained, the bathrooms were cleaned twice daily and were very clean. Instead of stalls, there were individual bathrooms which provided a lot of privacy for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the location. Short distance from the beach and the city, stores nearby. Quiet neighborhood and campsite. Will go again!

Crummy site that was 5’ from an RV bus. Muddy and so close to the road I couldn’t open the steps. Site 99 I think.

9 day stay in a tent. Bathrooms and showers were clean, had hot water, and always worked. Will book there again.

Staff was nice, but a terrible location for tent-camping. Never again. Very small campsites, very noisy area. I got a hotel after 2 sleepless nights, forfeiting 3 nights of my money so I could get sleep. Campfire smoke all night within a few feet of my tent. Only 2 toilets in the Men's bathroom. Two of four sink faucets did not work. Missing shower doors, broken heads. Poorly maintained facility.

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
