Awful stay !!! Campers next to me playing music till 12:00 midnight until I asked them to be quiet! Restroom behind check in building had neglected repairs!!! I said something to clerk at front desk . She didn’t care , acted like she was unaware of broken toilets and shower doors gone !! With the prices of a tent camping spot they should be able to have better facilities instead of excuses!!

The staff is AMAZING!!! We have stayed here twice now once last year and once this year so far and we can’t wait to go back! It’s clean, they are so friendly, and accommodating. I can’t give high enough reviews! We love it there!

Very nice facility, great location - shuttle to the hop-on hop-off trollies passed through the campground. The facilities were clean & well maintained. Plenty of bathrooms & shower facilities. The campground was quiet, sites were paved & mostly level, grills were included. The staff was friendly & very helpful.

We always stay here in Feb / March and the water sites are amazing. Having stayed at over 100 KOAs - it's a top 3 for us, BUT the wifi is terrible and inconsistent from site-to-site... even just a basic connection would be acceptable and better. I hope with all the park upgrades, this is on the list.

The bathrooms were dirtier this time and lacked toilet paper at times. It would have been much better with cleaner toilets.

Had a very nice time. Staff was excellent. Very convenient to the AMP. Should consider providing shuttle to local attractions, downtown.

They do a good job of keeping this place in shape. Very helpful and responsive staff. The price is a little high, but the location is very good. I'd definitely stay here again.

Relaxed after Daytona 500 in a little cabin. Nice time, quiet and comfy. Sweet Doggie Neighbors said Hi in the mornings. Clean bathrooms/showers. Loved it.

Enjoyed our short stay I do not recommend site 100 it was a bit crowded with 4 other RVs, other wise very nice park.

Beautiful lake, sites along it are the best. Nice laundry facility, very friendly and helpful staff. Trolley service was great to get to town.

We love the St. Augustine area. The KOA staff were great to work with as we had to move to a different site after one night (that was our fault not the KOA). We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

I didn’t like that the showers were part of the bathroom and not separate. The floors were filthy because people would be in and out of the bathroom all day. I hated showering and then having to try to dress on muddy floors. The park was not well maintained. It was not worth the money. I previously stayed at a park in Myrtle Beach which was right on the beach. We left and went back there.

Positive is the location to St Augustine city and the beach. Loud motorcycles at 1:30 am. The back in sites are on sand, should be concrete $$. Reservations were made approx one year early and requested opposite pull through so the awnings could face each other. Fire pits are not clearly marked for the location they are in, another camp site used the fire pit that was located on our site.

The campsite was so small that both us and our neighbors were literally tripping over our tent ties. We were back right up to the back of a business building that had a loud rhythmic banging noise all night. I graciously gave 2 stars because the staff were super friendly and the bathrooms are well kept. Definitely not a site for tent camping at all. We checked out the very next morning.

Our stay was 4 days. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were taken to our campsite quickly. Check in/check out was easy. Our pull through site was the correct size. The grille provided worked well. Easy location to jump off from and see other areas. Plenty of local shopping available. Fuel available across the street. Clean campground and quiet.

What a nice campground! Staff is very friendly and folks are consistently picking up trash and ensuring all is well kept. This is our 3rd visit and we already booked for next year!

Escorted to site consisting of mud, no gravel, far from level, and and sanwiched between cabins and tent campers. Noise level at night from a generator and intoxicated guests kept me awake till dawn.. 95% of this park looked to have cement sites, I must of been placed in "overflow". Suggestion: say you are full rather than place RVs there. RVers expect more from KOA. Wifi ok, cable worked.

This KOA packs a lot of people into a small space. We had a tent and we’re kept up during the night with the person next to us coughing. I liked the individual showers. The location was good. However, it wasn’t an area I felt I could ride my bike because of the intense traffic on the roads. Our tent wasn’t on a pad and with the ongoing rain, it was a mess trying to clean it.

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
