Check in person was too busy talking over us to be helpful. Both times I went for a shower one of the bathrooms was closed, causing lines. The campground is beautiful and well maintained. Everyone else was great, esp manager who unlocked cabin at night.

Because of the weather I had to shorten my stay. KOA staff was very accommodating and allowed me to change my reservation last minute. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Tent sites a very small with no privacy at all. The back wall of the tent sites is right against a strip mall. The sand pads get extremely flooded and with the Florida rain you are under water. I’ve stayed at a lot of KOA is this by far was the worse. Overall “small, no parking, no Privacy, and right in the middle of a neighborhood. Would not recommend..

Very crowded and busy. Staff was very nice. Campground is in a great location to see Old St. Augstine and visit the beach. We've stayed here two years in a row.

Great access to the ocean. Nice pool. Everyone friendly. Great place to walk the dog.

Stayed for the Beach Boy concert. Walked to the venue, rode bikes to the beach, walk to Fisherman’s Dock Seafood, rode bicycle to the light house and Alligator Farm. This KOA couldn’t be better located. Thanks.

Friendly staff at checkin. Camp site was fairly roomy with decent distance between sites. The one thing is the campgrounds look a bit dated. Did not use shower facility or any of the amenities.

Nice campground, 1 mile walk to beach, starting to show age. Overall good place to visit St Augustine. Stayed here before and would stay here again.

Very clean and well maintained koa. Employees very helpfull and friendly. Mike and Kerwin are exceptional employees and are ready to help in a moments notice. Having shuttle pick you up at campground is a great way to get around St. Augustine. Definitely a place to stay.

Lovely site on the lake. This Koa is located in a great place to explore the Saint Augustine area. Also close to grocery store. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back here again.

We enjoyed the location, just not our campsite #69. It was very rough and we had a wheelchair. I tripped on the uneven cement many times and thought if I had been an older person, I could have twisted an ankle. I think you should give this particular site some attention. � Thank you.

We stayed in a pull thru that backed up to the pond. We had a nice view out the back window. The site was adequate size. We enjoyed the ducks and ibis that wandered around the pond. Nice having the Trolley tour pick up at the campground. We also walked (1 mile) to be beach where there was a park and 3 nice restaurants. Overall, a good place to stay to visit St Augustine and surrounding attractions

Spent 6 nights here. Great location close to the beach and Old Town St Augustine. Also a great farmers market at the beach on Wednesdays and at the Amphitheatre on Saturdays.

Nice campground with good size sites. We had a buddy site this time but the people across from us were very nice. We will stay here again.

Firewood was unburnable! No garbage cans in room. No ventilation in restrooms- our air conditioner wouldn’t stay running. With that being said- lovely location- friendly staff- Clean bathrooms-

We like this KOA because of the concrete pads, table and chairs, grill that are provided. Less packing for us. See you next year.

Great location and great facilities. The only downside was that because of the sand, the restrooms were hard to keep clean. Great staff who were friendly and helpful and always willing to help.

The pool was cold should have been heated, no activities, they did provide us with a grill. The paddle boats were good, problem with hot water and propane delivery. Bath houses were ok. Some how we got into a buddy site. The people kept coming and going, a little uncomfortable situation at times. The site is very tight. Good location close to things to do. Having the beach bus was convent.

We enjoyed the park except it is over 100 dollars a night. That's pretty expensive for a retired person on a fixed income. The facilities were good and a few things like a gas barbeque, swing and good internet made it almost worth the 100 dollars.

There really are no other activities other than the pool, but it's a great place to stay if you want to go out of the park for entertainment & to explore the area. It's well-located, clean, quiet, & the staff are friendly & care about taking good care of the grounds. BBQ grill was immaculate. Sites along fence are small. Most pull through sites are too short for a 37' 5th wheel to stay connected.

It’s okay not much room to park a tow vehicle for back in sites and landscaping needs attention so it does not crowd RV or obstruct connections to RV. Nice location and access. I like the high price it keeps out families and children.

Incredible and attentive staff. Very clean facilities. Very well stocked on site shop. Fun options for entertainment and central to historic Saint Augustine, the beach and Saint Augustine Amphitheater. Super clean cabin. Will definitely stay again!

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
