The water and electric hookups were positioned wrong. Luckily we brought extra electrical and water hoses. We couldn’t use the sewer, which we paid for. We also couldn’t use the dump because we would have had to park past the automatic gate. The check in area makes it impossible to proceed to your campsite if you are already checked in. The bathrooms were very nice

Wonderful park with lots of shade. They have several showers that were fantastic. There are tons of ducks and birds around the pond. Great dog park but it is located on the far side of the pond. When our largest slide wouldn't retract, three of the park guys came over and figured out the problem and helped us get the slide back in.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They give us tips on where to eat and what not to miss Downtown. Each site has a table, chairs and a grill. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is nice, the pond is nice, but most of the laundry machines were broken and the bathrooms were very run down.

Beautiful “old school Florida” feel in this KOA. Our site was a patio pull thru on the lake which was great for bird watching. The maintenance manager is a gem! This KOA was minutes from the beach.

Convenient location. Close to beach, St. Augustine and dog park. The park was clean and the staff was helpful/friendly. Suggest having a rule about rv lights off at a certain time. I was between two of the brightest rvs of all time.

When we first arrived we were promptly treated with a friendly face. Check in was a breeze and we were given information about st Augustine. The grounds were constantly being cleaned and it was a pleasant surprise about the new bbq and table and chairs. Will defiantly share with our rv friends

Facilities ok but not convenient. Asked for cabin close to bathrooms but given one that was probably furthest from all. Campground is pretty congested. A lot crammed into small space…felt claustrophobic. Staff pleasant but not very accommodating, except Haven, who went out of his way to drive me in his cart to office to return keys as tree cutting blocked access. Overpriced compared to nicer KO

Sites are close to each other and land must be at a premium here as the KOA is up to a fence backing to strip stores on one side and a fence backing up to houses on the other side. It would be nice to have a clean grill and patio table/chairs when paying for a premium site. The bathrooms should be cleaned more often as when leaving at 10:30am went to use and 2 out of 3 were totally disgusting.

When we booked we were told we had a drive through site when we arrived we were giving a site we had to back in to and was nothing But sand

Employees were very friendly and welcoming. This is our now go to site. like that there is wildlife (ducks, birds). The other campers obey the noise level rule which at many places, they don't. 1 observation. Back "exit fence" didn't close. really needs to be fixed. make a little insecure. otherwise great place.

St. Augustine KOA is a great place to stay when in St. Augustine. It's on the island and very close to down town and the beaches. The Rv spaces are a bit narrow but they include a table, 4 chairs and a grill. The property is clean and the staff is friendly. They have a pool which is nice. The Italian Restaurant Amici's is a few minute walk across the street. This is our favorite place to eat.

My husband and I stayed Thursday through Sunday for a long weekend getaway without the child and dog. Although we visit St. Augustine regularly, we have never camped there before. Staff were very friendly. The bathrooms/showers were clean, they had fishing, paddle boats, bikes for rent, a pool, dog park, cement pads with chairs, tables, fire pit, and a grill. SCORE!!! We'll be back, no doubt.

This camp ground is close to the main road and backs up to a strip mall but is surprisingly quiet. The sites are close together but everyone was well behaved and quiet times were respected. We didn't use any of the facilities but the pool looked clean and well maintained.

Was really good. Only down side is ice is to expensive. Also the bathrooms weren't as clean as they should be or the cabins. Wasn't even mopped or surfaces wasn't cleaned. The a.c. and heat wasn't dusted off.

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
