Very convenient location. Park is well run. Could use something on the bathroom floors to keep them from getting so wet and then muddy. Recommend.

For only one night wish it was more everyone friendly from the minute you check in. Super clean facilities and sites very well maintained. Thankyou for making our first RV trip memorable!!!

Lots are so small. Cars parked in over flow made it difficult for us to pull out. (Had to back out with the help of an employee).

It was a great site overall, the only thing is that the sites next to the mini mall by the street, it's a bit noisy due to the traffic. Other than that, the campground is in a great location, the amenities are awesome, really clean, close to everything.

Place to stay for attractions. Disappointed in the site we had as our friends were at 33 and we got stuck down on 56. So if traveling with or meeting friends at koa be insistent on requesting sites close together. In making a reservation with these friends in Nashville for May, was told it could be done with $20 fee. Grounds staff work hard keeping this campground LOOKING GOOD.

I rated this due to where we were located. #24 is along the fence that backs up to a car wash on AIA . All the lots along the fence are back in (not an issue) and are a soft loose soil and limited grass. what a mess brought into the trailer. Staff was nice and area were well taken care of otherwise.... Highly suggest staying away from the AIA sections.

Helpful staff and clean facilities. Only negative is noise at night, but the location is great so can deal with the noise. Can't have easy access to major road and quiet:) Great plus is the shuttle that picks up and drops off with a trolly ticket.

Easy park to get to as most KOA’s are. A little to close to numerous retail and noise. I will be back as it’s location is great between beach and town

We were very pleased with everything except for two things. The microwave was up so high you couldn’t reach it to open it; and because of the final covers on the mattresses that sheets kept coming off and it was very noisy. Those are minimal things ; other than that it was delightful

Staff is very nice and helpful, bathrooms clean and campground well kept. good location ,the shuttle was helpful to go into St.Augustine.Negative, sites very close together, a lot of traffic noise.

We were only there one night but loved it! Everyone was very helpful and friendly especially the man that showed us to our site. I wish I could remember his name so I could give him kudos! I definitely want to come back again for a longer visit!

We had a great stay. The staff was friendly. Loved the lake. Each camp site was nice with the patio, grill, table and chairs and fire pit. Bathrooms were nice but they were cold especially when taking a shower. We enjoyed our stay.

This was the best KOA that we have stayed at. It was scenic, not crowded, they had a nice bathhouse and it was on a little lake.

The spaces are crowded. For the area the price is high. The turns are tight even to get to your site. We stayed a 23. The ice maker from the Fish market does not allow for a quite evening around the campfire. The A1A is very noisy and busy day and night. There is good access to surrounding area. great location for St. Augustine. Would be very helpful to have a campground trolley to St. Augustine.

The people were very friendly and helpful and I would give them a 10. However, the beds in the cabin we stayed in were badly in need of replacing, not comfortable at all. Also, the floor was very dirty. For the price we paid, I was disappointed. Spend a little more money on comfortable bedding and everyone will want to come there. Good location.

I was against the back fence. It was very noisy from the strip mall behind me. It was the most uneven plot I’ve stayed. The bathrooms were in good condition. There was a great dog park a block away. For the price, it wasn’t worth it.

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
