Clean campgrounds and courteous staff. It was nice having the pond out our back window, and the location is very convenient to everything you'd like to do in St. Augustine.

Wasn’t expecting tent sites to be next to a busy street. Garbage truck picking up dumpsters at 0445 was a nice touch as well. I would think tent sites would be in the back of the property. Other than that, it would have been a very enjoyable experience. 2/10 for tent camping.

IF YOU REALLY WANTED TO KNOW MY "STAY" you would have allowed more than 400 characters....1) Aggravation on check in 2) back in site #28 ALL MUD _ DISGUSTING......have you not heard of gravel? NEVER AGAIN -KOA STINKS!!

Make sure to pay for a center row or creekside or other pull-through site. The back in sites are against the fence next to commercial property and are way less attractive, super tight and the driveway to it is smaller. Pay up for the other sites, you'll be glad. The creek and walk around are really nice. Very convenient to St. Augustine & St. Aug Beach. We just didn't love it.

Relaxing and helpful staff. Convient to have tram into town. Cabin was nice. Campfire fun!! Keep up the good work!

We stayed for 10 days and had great time, the campground is well run, clean bathhouses and friendly staff. Lots to do and see in the area, great hikes and lots of history to take in. We loved St Augustine and the KOA was excellent, we'd stay here again!

Excellent KOA very convenient to St. Augustine; the trolley will pick you up at the campground. Very pleasant staff. Well maintained sites, many placed around a very large pond. We will be back!

We were only there 2 nights but definitely would come back. Very nice campground and Aja the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone is cheery and helpful. My site was level. Easy set up. All the amenities were clean and working. I used the bathroom showers and laundry. I didn’t do catch and release fishing b c it rained on me but its a beautiful area. Loved the included outdoor chairs table and grill at the site-couldn’t use due to rain but very thoughtful. Def will be back

St Augustine Beach KOA is very conveniently located to the old city and sights but enough removed that it's away from the hubbub. It is also within minutes of shopping and restaurants. Campground is very well-maintained and fairly quiet. Staff is cordial and helpful. This was our second visit and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this KOA to visit St Augustine. We got the delux pull thru spot. All of the furniture was dirty and the chairs where rusted. Also the road noise was bad and the carwash had a very bright light shining in the campground. The gate was left open 24/7 so security was a concern. The staff was very nice and the bathrooms were clean. Not worth the premium price we paid.

Campground is ok, but we will likely look for another place next time. Fine if you get a paved site, but dirt sites are not good at all.

Bathroom was clean with large shower. The campground is very clean. We can take the trolley tour of Old St-Augustine at the campground.

I believe that a tree that over hang my site may have not been trimmed enough and damaged my air conditioning cover. We were on site 72

We had a great time. Would definitely recommend and will return. Had fun walking dogs and loved their little playground. My family loved the little rentable boats and bikes. The grounds were clean and kept nice.

My site was very tight, not any sun morning or afternoon. That was the only negative. Bathrooms are remarkably clean, never had to wait. Laundry, not enough machines for the number of sites, I went off site, not a big deal. Weather was horrible, out of all of our control. Love the town, hope to visit again.

Was very disappointed that our pull thru spot with the "view of the water" was pull thru in the wrong direction. We did not want to "view" the other rigs, when I booked I spoke with staff that clearly stated that we would pull in and would be facing the water. Using the excuse of an old design for trailers doesn't cut it in 2022. Invest in adding sewer on the other side and solve the problem.

This was our 2nd year staying here. We love it! The grounds and facilities are clean and the staff are very friendly and informative. The location is perfect - minutes from the beach, fabulous restaurants and Old Town St Augustine.

We are a 13' for trailer so unfortunately we were placed against a fence behind which there was a pizzeria so there was always the smell of pizza. More importantly, the site was super small. Larger trailers had better sites with a grill, table and chairs. Bathrooms were wonderful. There are even nicer sites along what looks like a canal. I would go for one of those sites.

Its a very nice park but maintenance should be done on the sites .We were on site 69 on Thursday Feb 3rd .Your asphalt is broken and my wife twisted her angle coming out of the Class C motorhome on the broken asphalt .

Very loud site. Fish store behind our site had a loud machine (possibly Ice maker) that went off every 8 minutes. Very unrestful. No concrete patio. Uneven site.

We recently stayed at the St. Augustine KOA in order to spend 6 days touring St. Augustine and the surrounding area. We had a full-hookup back-in site. It was a convenient and comfortable place to stay. It was a nice base for exploring St. Augustine. The bathrooms/showers were very nice and clean! However, they needed heat!!! It was cold! Great place to stay in St. Augustine!

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
