Was really good. Only down side is ice is to expensive. Also the bathrooms weren't as clean as they should be or the cabins. Wasn't even mopped or surfaces wasn't cleaned. The a.c. and heat wasn't dusted off.

We were very pleased with everything except for two things. The microwave was up so high you couldn’t reach it to open it; and because of the final covers on the mattresses that sheets kept coming off and it was very noisy. Those are minimal things ; other than that it was delightful

The people were very friendly and helpful and I would give them a 10. However, the beds in the cabin we stayed in were badly in need of replacing, not comfortable at all. Also, the floor was very dirty. For the price we paid, I was disappointed. Spend a little more money on comfortable bedding and everyone will want to come there. Good location.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and was very pleased with the facility. It was very roomy with 3 heating zones for cold days & nights. It came with dishes, utensils, paper towels, toilet tissue, and hand & bath towels. Would definitely go back

It was great! Everyone was nice. The cabin was clean and well stocked with towels and such. The mattress was comfortable with lots of pillows. The weather was perfect. I loved it! Already booked the same cabin for next year.

Used one of the basic Kamping Kabins. It was very comfortable, as described. We needed the heater and it worked great! The staff was friendly and helpful. This stay was all it needed to be.

We were in cabin 15. The only thing I need to complain about is when you go up the stairs to get into the cabin, you have to watch your head going around the front otherwise you bump your forehead. And when its dark out, you don't see it. We both had bruises on our foreheads by the time we left. Loved the cabin but almost asked to move due to this. The staff were amazing!! So friendly & kin

Short stay of three nights. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Other campers and cabin guest very friendly as well. Cabin was clean and we loved the deck on the water. Great location halfway between the downtown area and the beaches. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here three times over the years. Staff are super friendly, very clean restrooms. Other camper’s are all friendly. We have stayed twice now in the same cabin K1. We love the location.

We come to St Augustine Beach KOA once or twice a year and we love it! It's a peaceful slice of paradise that's close to both the beach and historic downtown. Can't get any better!

We rented a Deluxe cabin for two nights. The cabins are cute and are cozy. The cabin wasn’t really clean, so be prepared to wash dishes and appliances before use. We have two dogs and we’re disappointed in the dog area, but managed to walk them enough for exercise. The employees were very nice. we were warned that the Air conditioner can’t be colder than 72, or it quits.

We enjoy going to the St. Augustine KOA. We had an issue with the seats at the table in the kitchen area. They were both very unstable. We could not sit on them sue to being afraid they would break . So, We had to sit in the bed and eat. And then, the cabin S104 had so many people & kids that the kids were running crazy & yelling before 7am each day. So, it wasn't our typical "good stay " with yo

Had a great stay at KOA St Augustine Beach. Well maintained grounds, clean bathrooms, showers, and cabin. Also a big thank you to friendly staff, Aja was very helpful answering all of my questions.

We had a great time. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. We did go during ubercold weekend but the kiddos love rheir 20 minutes in the pool. It was freezing. :) We loved the little fire ring/grill combo, but maybe make the grill a bit taller. My eyebrows were at risk a couple of times. Loved the little cabin and BRs where clean. will be back.

We all had fun, from 7 years old to 67. KOA neighbors were relaxed & friendly, with a sense of community. Staff was friendly, courteous, & professional. Cabin & camp ground provisions adequate & kempt. KOA was walking distance to the beach, even to watch the moon rise over the ocean, and close to any St Augustine attraction. Recommended family fun!

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
