Nice location. A little noisy at night and they had water issues twice in which they disconnected the water for a few hours.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. We stopped in back in October after making reservation and even during this visit they were very accommodating and helpful. We loved our site #41 as we had trees. We also loved the fact that each site had tables and chairs, firepit and grill. We will definitely come back.

My site was not what I expected. It seemed like it was an overflow motorhome area behind the office. My previous stay a few years ago was impressive but not this time. Saturday night 3 Sheriffs vehicles arrived to arrest a man for domestic violence in the cabin across from our site. Your staff was friendly and welcoming.

We came for a concert but found so much more! The park was friendly and well-cared for! There was a public park nearby that we saw people feeding mega amounts of turtles. The pond in the campground was great for viewing ducks, birds, fish and renting paddle boats. There were shops nearby but the park fence placement made it feel separate and private. Beaches were only a few miles away.

The folks that ran the KOA were very nice. The sites and roadways within were very tight.

The laundry rooms, showers and bathrooms were all clean. All the people who work there were all friendly. I would have liked more amenities i.e. larger dog park, larger playground and I would have liked an exercise room because while you are staying at this campground there is not much to do there. We did enjoy visiting St Augustine town center.

The campground is awesome. Staff courtesy is beyond reproach. Focus on camper relations is 100%. Cleanliness, site preparation, and campground is top notch. When I return to St. Augustine if I bring my camper, I will camp. If I return without the camper, I will rent a cabin. Anja at the front desk is absolutely wonderful as the “first contact” at the campground.

This is our second stay here. Check in was quick and easy, used points to save money. Danyella the blond was super fantastic, very helpful with info on the Night of Lights tour and how to get to easy parking of a dully truck downtown. She was friendly and knowledgeable about things we asked about she is a gem. Park is clean easy in and out loved the new upgraded shower/restrooms.

We stayed at KOAs for the majority of our recent RV trip to Florida, 11/14-12/3. This was by far our favorite location to stay. The staff was so helpful and accommodating, very friendly. Every need was met or exceeded.

Roads are tight and confusing. Sites are barely up to KOA Holiday standards. This is more like a KOA Journey. Although they did provide a patio, an individual grill and patio furniture, the sites need to be upgraded. We had a pull thru with blacktop but back in sites were sand. Our site was level side-to-side but angled front-to-back. For the price I'll find a different place next time.

The location is very close to the beach, pier and Anastasia State Park. We rode our bikes to the beach, pier and state park. We did not need to disconnect from our trailer. This KOA is pristinely clean and the women in the office were very helpful. The only downside is that the sites are close together.

We stayed here for 4 days while we visited Saint Augustine. Really enjoyed staying here. It has a pond in the center which has lots of wildlife to watch. If you are not near the front office, WiFi is very spotty. Laundry was expensive at $3 a load.

I was put in the back by the cabins and the ground is very and even due to the roots of the oak tree. No matter how I move to my C class motorhome I could not get it level. The noise on 16th St. from traffic was enough to make me have to leave my stay three days early. I personally was super disappointed because I stay at KOA’s often. I won’t go back

Grounds are lovely, well kept, maintenance people always working to keep campground, bathrooms, showers and laundry room clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. shuttle makes it convenient to go to St. Ausgustine tourist sites.

I was put in spot 101 in area called Starfish Circle. Only 3 small spots there and they are right by tents and cabins. It was very noisy there and still people making noise and talking at 1 am and started again very early next morning. Would come back but only if was in with regular rvs and not in this area by tents and cabins.

Great park. Super convenient to beach and downtown. Hopefully can spend more time there in the near future. Our premium site with BBQ grill and Fire pit was super nice.

Nice park. We have at 42’ 5th wheel and the entrance of the park is tight. The girls at the desk were friendly and very helpful with information about the Trolley Tour. Tour was well worth the money but needed a lot more time to spend on the tour. Would stay again at the park so that we could do the tour again and take our time! Thank you KOA!

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
