It was an amazing stay. Lots of pros, including Jeri stopping by to say goodbye at the end of our stay. Staff is all very friendly and welcoming. Sites are level and trees are trimmed so high profile rv's can get around. Lovely and friendly dog park couple blocks away at Ron Parker rec. The only con was the cable didn't work but we could stream, so internet is very strong. We will go back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a small space, but they do their best to accommodate every size RV. Bathrooms are old, but very clean.

The campsites on the pond are very very tight we stayed right beside the bathhouse with our front door about 16 foot away from the bathroom doors this was very aggravating at night with light shining in our RV and loud people going to the restroom a simple privacy fence could help a lot. Overall the campground was clean and convenient would not recommend a pondside site.

The vicious dogs on the property behind the canine play area were intimidating. Also, the Internet service could’ve been more reliable. Otherwise, this is one of my favorite properties to stay at

Nice clean campground with private bathrooms and showers.If you don’t have transportation you can get a bus to historic St Augustine. Centrally located to the beach and St. Augustine. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

Is a very nice campground, Quiet, and clean. Friendly staff to check you in. This was our 3rd stay there and we will definitely stop by again.

Campsites are small and pretty tight for a big rig. Staff was friendly and helpful. The patio furniture and grill was a nice touch. In a good location to visit Saint Augustine and Saint Augustine Beach.

This was just a stopover on our way to south Florida, so we weren't expecting much. This is not a luxury resort, but it has many excellent features. It is VERY easy access off of I95, it is new, sites and facilities are spacious, spotless and safe, staff is very helpful, almost all sites are pull-thru and there are many stores within a half mile. This will be a planned stop in the future.

We were here for 4 days to visit the area, all accommodations were clean and well maintained. Employees were welcoming and professional. For the warmer weather a pool would be nice, but understands why a pool may not be necessary also.

The individual rest/shower rooms are spotless. Walking distance to shopping. The hop-on hop-off Trolley bus stops at the campground.

It's a wonderful campground. Spacious sites, very clean, friendly staff and close to everything. Wish they offered weekly and/or monthly rates. We would have stayed longer.

Only stayed overnight, did not like it being behind stores on the main road, could use an upgrade. Good fishing lake!.We didn’t go into town, I can’t comment about st. Augustine, but heard good things about it Would recommend only for overnight or two days, not long term, used it to hopscotch from Key West to Virginia.

Very clean facilities! Best ever seen! Well pointed sites. Didn’t expect chairs and tables and grill! In am noticed unpleasant smells, prior to check out. But air was fresh rest of day. Triply nice amenity to explore town and loved that we could walk to beach. Staff very helpful and friendly!

The park was beautiful, with a small lake behind our camper. The sites were close together as in most KOAs, but the way the sites were angled you didn’t feel like you were right on top of your neighbor. Bathrooms were very clean.

Loved the premium site. Heard some street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. Not walking distance to the heart of St. Augustine, but relatively close.

To camp out for one night is 80 bucks to sleep out side but it was very nice people that work there were nice also but a little to high for me.Looks like a nice place for a RV park

Clean . Some tight spaces for large RV's tho. Smaller rv's or trailers won't have a problem

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and we will definitely be staying our next trip to st. Augustine. The employees were incredibly helpful and the bathroom/shower area was clean and well kept. It was busy when we went but we were able to book a tent site the day of. The electric hookup was in a very convenient spot, we could bring our dogs, the site was big enough for our 8 person tent and my truck, and there was a picnic table and firepit at each tent site. The only bad thing was how close together the tent sites are. Because of that I would recommend if you're traveling with pets that you ask not to be put next to a site that also has pets.
