Check in, was fast and easy, great staff in the office. Grounds very clean and well maintained. Pool very refreshing! Will definitely be back.

Never saw staff, porta-potties and closed showers. Cabins were nice, with kitchens and bathrooms. RV sites are tight. Couldn't fit our truck and camper. Had to park sideways. Amenities besides the pool were far from RV sites. Long driving distance to everything, including town.

Your staff is very friendly!! Your bathrooms and showers. Very nice and clean. I was very disappointed when you closed the pool when it was 103 out. WiFi was terrible and and laundry had to shut down because the money needed to be removed.

Office was not pleasant to work with. They were unhelpful with acquiring quarters for laundry when there was a posted sign in the laundry quarters were available at the office. A dog park would have been helpful for our pooch and pool was very dirty and did not have chlorine.

The bathrooms were out of commission, spaces are fairly tight, WIFI was almost non-existent and cable faded in an out.

The Staff is/was exceptional. Aside from initial reservation and check-in, I did not have any interaction. Disappointment was in the assigned space #65. This pull-in space angles up toward the fence of a residence. It was difficult to align in to get level and required leveling blocks. Secondly, the occupants in space #64 had a leashed dog who did it's "business" right next to my storage area.

Enjoyed our stay but had a reservation issue upon arrival. Kathleen at front desk was helpful and thankfully was able to accommodate us. Restrooms were under construction but were able to shower in newly remodeled stalls. WiFi unfortunately was very weak.

When we came in on the 14TH of June around 5:00 P.M. the office was closed. We had to go to a little building atnthe entrance and find our key for our lodge. When we went into our lodge we discovered a sticky note on the refrigerator stating it was out of order, and to use the mini frig instead. I would have thought that we would have received a call letting us know this. Sheets were dirty on pull

Rv spots very unlevel, pool murky, trash filled and not dumped. Office ladies very friendly and views good. We stayed here and it was extremely hot so didn’t do much walking around

The pool was closed. Staff are not polite. No access to community room even when it appears available and we’re willing to pay. Labeling of cabins not specified for what you get.

The facility needs more trees, at least every other campsite. We had zero trees on either side of us. The sites are so narrow we couldn’t get our EZ up in front of our pop-up camper for shade. We had to use the side space to put it up. The facility amenities seemed nice, although we didn’t utilize anything other than the showers.

Clean, accessible to several parks, offers many activities on site, staff friendly, love the dog park. Disappointed I was unable to use the laundry facilities awaiting coins to be emptied. Should have a dog location at the pool, unable to use.

It’s beautiful but the restrooms and showers problem sucked big time and the smell of the outhouses was to much We were there for a week and it was that way the whole time

Porta potties because of construction. Lots smallish and not level, showers shared one hour at a time. Friendly staff and nice pool. Location is great to visit Zion and Bryce.

This was our 2nd visit to the KOA. The park is very clean, staff are super friendly and very professional. Will definitely be back!

Sites are way to close together. We are 40' with 3 slideouts and we barely could get in the site. Another big 5th wheel came in next to us and nearly hit is. When they were parked we could have opened our windows and touched their camper the sites are that close

We had a great time. Glad I took my own pans. The pots there were not suitable for cooking, all Teflon scratched up. Also I recommend taking your own towels, they will fine you $25 if you leave their white towels too dirty. ITS CAMPING, there is dirt all around you can't expect them to not get soiled. PUt something for Silverfsh as they were everywhere even in the bed. Yes we would go again.

Very friendly service; Good amenities (pool, washing machines); Bathrooms are under construction but will be very nice once completed; Downside: HOT! St George area has weather closer to Las Vegas NV than Bryce NP. We stayed in early June and highs were already 105. Campground is on a west facing slope so absorbs all that heat. It's a beautiful location but would not recommend for summer months.

The staff was friendly, but the park model really needs some updates. Carpet was very dirty, chair in living room had a hole in the arm, overall condition was old and not clean. The unit either needs replaced or renovated.

The KOA is clean, accessible (many pull throughs), and staff were very helpful. The only negative, was that our campsite (No. 40) was not level from side to side.
