Travelers arriving on I-15 South will take exit 23/Leeds. Turn left at the end of the ramp, then right onto Main St. KOA is 4 miles on the left.
Travelers arriving on I-15 North will take exit 22/Leeds. Turn right at the stop sign onto Old Highway 91. KOA is 2 miles on the left.
Travelers arriving on State Route 9 from the east will pass through Hurricane, then turn right onto 5300 West/SR318. Drive 3.5 miles to the stop sign, then turn right on Old Highway 91. KOA is 1/4 mile on the right.

When you aren’t busy visiting the local attractions, enjoy the activities available on the campground. In addition to the pool and playground, there is pickleball, mini golf, cornhole, and horseshoes. In the clubhouse, there is a library and big-screen TV, billiards, table tennis, darts, and mini basketball. There’s never a fee to play a game or borrow equipment for any activity – at St. George/Hurricane KOA Journey, it’s all included with your registration.
With its short court and lightweight paddles, pickleball is a great game for individuals of all ages and abilities. While its popularity is soaring in the 55+ age group, the multi-generational sport remains fun and challenging for even the youngest player. Equipment is available for loan at the office.
Even though the putt-putt course is currently being improved, clubs and balls are available for loan at the registration desk. Some of the greens have been removed as we prepare for a much-needed renovation. We like to think of those as the really fast holes! Check back for more information once we complete renovation on the 9-hole course.
Rack 'em up! Whether you are looking for a friendly game of eight-ball or a little serious competition out of the midday sun, our pool table is ready for action. It is the perfect way to unwind after a day exploring the red rocks. Billiard cues and balls are available to borrow at no charge, just head into the office to check them out!
The temporary playground is set up near registration and the pickleball court. Pardon the condition of the playground while we make improvements for safety and fun!
Our pool may be on the smaller side, but it's refreshing, surrounded by beach loungers, and the perfect spot to enjoy a view of the Red Cliffs and Pine Valley Mountains. Enjoy the warm rays and cooling relaxation after a summer's hike, and we'll keep it heated to 80-85 degrees in the cooler months so you can enjoy this amenity year-round.
