Campground Reviews

All of the staff was very lovely. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Great showers. However the campsite was a bit small. It was difficult to get in and out the car let alone get our stuff out since the spot was so narrow. We also got destroyed by bugs. The vegetation could use a bit of maintaining as we could see the insect eggs covering every leaf of our site.

The deluxe RV site we had was goid. Was it worth the $125/night rate… I guess. We did use the patio furniture, BBQ and fire pit. Grounds weren’t in the best shape but maybe things were just getting going. Convenient location to St Mary and trail to stream and lake were nice.

Beautiful location. Public bathroom and shower were very clean. I'd definitely stay there again.

We always enjoy our stay at the St. Mary KOA. There were a couple things this time, though, that were a bit aggravating. Our screen door was extremely noisy every time it opened or closed (very squeaky). Also, we feel that with the price we pay for a cabin, there should be more “adult” time at the hot tub. One hour is not enough, and kids take over. We really appreciate the dog enclosure.

Staff very friendly and present around campground. Laundry and store very nice. Obviously in this area, prices are going to be high. Would have liked to see a little more space between sites, but grounds kept neat.

The staff were all very friends. Facilities were super clean. The camp store had everything for a great price. Our cabin was perfect and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

The cleanest restrooms, most friendly and accommodating staff! We had a most memorable stay - large open site with majestic views of the mountains. They do a great job running this place and I'm so grateful we were able to secure a spot here.

Can't beat the views. Those peaks are jaw-dropping. Loved how shaded most of the tents sites were. My little family had a blast visiting Glacier and cooling off (was 90°) in the pool!

It was an amazing experience better than imagined the park and facilities were spotless and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and I booked for next year already

Bathrooms/showers were so clean! The store was well stocked not only with food items but camping items. If you forget something don’t worry, because the store will most likely have it at a reasonable price.

No one ever told us the road through Glacier wasn't open yet...

I was one day late arriving the camp site. The receptionist was very nice leaving the envelope with my name and site# on the door of the office. An older gentleman happened to came out of the office who volunteered to take us to the site since it was quite a maze, especially in the dark. We arrived after 10pm, people nearby were very noisy especially children were running around shouting till 12a

It was fine. Camper cabins are difficult to find, and this KOA has a lot of them. But it smelled like septic tank. The bathrooms were cleaned beautifully and thoroughly every day. We had two cabins for three nights. The WiFi never worked in one of the cabins, even though someone tried to fix it. The pool was broken day 1 and 2. Day 3 it was finally up and running, and then they shocked it mid-aft

Very clean campground. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

The area is very scenic and not as crowded as the west side. The campground is spacious enough so you can enjoy your own space. The amenities are nice too.

Clean, well maintained facilities but pool hours we quite limited

Loved it! Great location, clean bathrooms, a well stocked camp store...can't ask for much more than that! If we're ever in the area again we'll be sure to stay here! Thanks!!

We had an amazing time. Everything was clean. We had fun at the pool ,hot tub, and playground.

Wish the up keep of the campground/ pool was better maintained. Female staff were super friendly and helpful.

Worst site despite booking 8 months in advance. Pool was closed. WiFi was spotty. There were no family events and yet they charged us $100 a night.

The campground is in a nice location but could use some TLC. Our campsite needed mowed and everything needed some upkeep. The checkin process was chaotic with no one at the front desk knowing what was going on. I made a reservation for our dog at the kennel, and no one communicated until I asked upon checkin that the amenity had been removed.

Bathrooms very clean. Camp store with gift shop was very nice, loved the coffee & ice cream stand. Only reason they did not get 5 stars is pool/ hot tub was not open and grass needed to be mowed on several sites

This is a great KOA. The front desk gal was so fun and helpful. The tent sites are sometimes by the river which is so beautiful. Everything you need is here!

Too many people! Site was very small. The first site our 20ft. trailor and truck could not fit on the site. Stayed in the one next to it..and just fit. Planned to stay longer but decided to leave.

Very nice management and staff, best KOA we’ve stayed at to date. Disappointed pool wasn’t ready yet, hot tub was crowded usually. Great gift shop. Thanks for the nice stay. Beautiful scenery of the mountains, hard to look at when waking up each morning! Ϝ

This was the first time my family stayed at a KOA and we are eager to go back again next summer. The views here are incredible, the roads to the KOA are well paved and easy to tow over, and the facilities were maintained and in working condition. We had a pull through RV site as well as a campground site and would recommend both.

We only stayed here for pool/hot tub and to kayak the lake. Pool isn’t even open even though the website says it is, no bicycle rentals, and no kayaks. We was told it was too windy but they just didn’t want to rent them. Found a camper who allowed us to use the one and it was so calm on lake. The “campground” dog bite my daughter. Worst koa ever. Never again. Ruined our trip.

Beautiful location with clean bathrooms. Tent sites are very small and close together. Nice playground for the kids and they have bikes you can borrow. Did not have persisting like the website states but do have a dog park. Would stay again but definitely book in advance to choose a site.

Absolutely loved staying here during our time in Glacier! We stayed in one of the small cabins with no bathroom and it was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We went during the last 3 days they were open so it was quiet and peaceful. Only complaint would be there is no where for food during this time because the park and KOA is about to close! Otherwise it was amazing.

Have stayed here a few times and the staff is wonderful. Late season camping and not crowded. We had a cabin facing trash dumpsters, smell of sewage and tall fence blocking view behind cabin. Disappointing location.
