we stayed in a tent site. it was very spacious and isolated, yet also very windy. I wish I knew about the wind factor, I wouldn't have stayed in a tent had I known. The staff was super nice and helpful, showers are clean and warm (water were amazing and so was the flow), dishwashing spots had room to wash as well as benches fort those waiting in line. We had a very nice stay :)

The last two nights I was there the wind was unbelievable, did not get any sleep. This probably happens every fall. I checked out one day early but you will not refund me for that day, I am very disappointed in your policy and will stay somewhere else for my next trip to glacier.

Overall my stay was nice. However at check-in there was a staff person that I found extremely rude. She was being negative and said, "I hate them, I hate the Blackfeet", in reference to having to wear a face mask. You could clearly see that this made the employee assisting me, myself and other guests uncomfortable. Whatever your opinion may be, it shouldn't be said in front of guests at check in.

The campground is very convenient to accessing Glacier National Park. The bathrooms were very clean. The campground staff offered a lot of helpful information, and the attached store space had hot coffee, which is what I was looking for. I was only there for one night, but the area was quiet and very scenic.

We stayed in the deluxe tent cabin and it was great. The room was clean and very well kept and the bed was super comfortable. We will be back again.

This KOA is blessed that it has some of the most spectacular views of the Eastern Front of the Rockies and Glacier! The facility is clean, staff were pleasant and helpful, the tent, RV, and camping cabins were well situated and there were spots with trees and some without, but they all had that amazing view. They are pet friendly and have a nice pasture that is fenced for the dogs!

We chose KOA for safety reasons because we were tent camping. After checking in we were informed that a bear had been hanging around camp and were advised to sleep in the car if possible and to keep bear spray handy. There were bear warning signs everywhere. There is nothing on the website stating that bears come into camp. Had we known, we would have slept in Walmart parking lot free. NOT $50.

We had planned to backpack for a few days in GNP, but had to change plans on account of a dead car battery. I called the KOA camp at St. Mary's and they had availability, but I had no idea how amazing the experience would be! The campsite was amazing, the facilities were above and beyond my expectations, and the staff was utterly marvelous! We have decided we want to visit this KOA annually!

Great location and very clean. Nice amount of space in the bathroom and showers. Having a hot tub was such a nice way to relax after a long hike.

I’ve camped too much over the years and have never stayed at a KOA. I really liked having all the amenities KOA offers and the staff at the facility were great. My only complaint is because this KOA is pretty big there was a lot of noise at night, first night some obnoxious woman was screaming and talking loud until 1 am, third night someone’s car kept honking and honking every other hour.

My wife and I were tent camping here and we arrived September 12, 2021 to stay six nights. Instead we stayed only one night and left the next day. The other campers were literally just a few feet away from us and we had to whisper in our tent. The staff inextricably piled up campers next to each other. The campsites are on top of each other and there’s no privacy. Worst experience camping ever.

Love this KOA and have stayed many times. Tent camp for the first time this year and I’m very concerned that I got no instructions on how to be safe take camping in Bear country! They should definitely tell people not to keep food in their tents or anything with a scent to it. It’s imperative for people to know and most people aren’t aware that our tent camping and grizz country for the 1st

While the staff was fairly friendly the grounds were not well kept. There is also a neighboring campground or bar that does karaoke until all hours of the morning making it impossible to sleep.

I tented in G group and had 2 bad experiences. First I had a skunk come in and try to get my food bag which I couldn't secure since I had no vehicle and you do not provide a bear box or cables. Another day someone took down my tent and put it along with all my belongings in a trash bag and placed them in the fireplace! And I couldn't find any electric to charge my cell phone around my tent site.

This was my first stay at a KOA and it truly was lovely. The KOA in East Glacier has one of the prime spots to enter the park and is just gorgeous at sunset. Especially since you can watch from a hot tub!! I was disappointed that there were no bear boxes though for food nor bear safe trash receptacles except in front which led many to throw out their trash in the bathrooms (yikes!).

I camped in a nice quiet semi-secluded tent site and it was lovely. Even saw a bear eating berries on our way out the next morning.

Enjoyed the campground, but wish there was more shade. Lights are also necessary, it gets very dark when walking to and from the bathroom. It didn’t feel very safe.

I loved stay with you guys at the KOA. Not only was this our first trip to Glacier but it was my first time staying at a KOA and I loved it! It’s clean, had a lot of amenities and the staff was friendly and talked to us. All around a wonderful place to stay. Will probably be booking a cabin coming up at the end of the month to come to Glacier one more time! Thank you again!

We enjoyed your camp ground a lot and all it has to offer. One recommendation is the female bathroom near the pool, my wife said that screens were missing from the windows and it was letting in a lot of bugs.

The campground was fine but while we were waiting to check in we had to endure one of the front desk people going on and on about political views instead of finishing checking in the people in front of us. She went on about the current president and that the only reason the governo of Texas has covid is because Joe Biden is letting "all of those people" into the country and they are bringing Covid

Clean restrooms, clean campsites, sites somewhat spread out. Loud music one night late. Upper jets in hot tub not working which was disappointing...sore mussels from hiking.

Wish water source was closer to the sites that had no private spigot…otherwise great stay…friendly help staff…would definitely come back !!!

Staff were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable about your facilities and services. I left my credit card and staff delivered it promptly to my site. Appreciated their honesty and service with a smile. Great gift shop as well. Loved the Pendleton woollens etc.

Excellent amenities! The showers were the best I’ve seen in a campground, ever. Check in was easy and straightforward. The sites are a little small and not necessarily private, but it’s a campground, not backcountry so you come to expect that. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

We stayed in the tent section, the staff were great, the place seems nice, the camp sites however are very small, barely had room to move around in the site.

Absolutely loved staying here during our time in Glacier! We stayed in one of the small cabins with no bathroom and it was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We went during the last 3 days they were open so it was quiet and peaceful. Only complaint would be there is no where for food during this time because the park and KOA is about to close! Otherwise it was amazing.

Have stayed here a few times and the staff is wonderful. Late season camping and not crowded. We had a cabin facing trash dumpsters, smell of sewage and tall fence blocking view behind cabin. Disappointing location.

Family atmosphere with friendly accessible owners and staff . Outstanding gift shop with coffee and ice cream bar, dog friendly park , very clean bathrooms and hot hot showers , lots of options for tents , trailers , and cabins ….. plenty of amenities and convenient access to Glacier National Park / St Mary's entrance .
