Stayed in a basic cabin with fridge, microwave, heat and air. Beautiful views. Friendly staff. Nearby single bathroom/shower facilities which were clean and comfortable temperatures. Very close to Going to the Sun Road at entrance to the park.

Absolutely love the location of this KOA! The views of the mountains all around is breathtaking. The major downside was internet connectivity. My husband noticed the website said internet was available for payment. When we showed up, we were told internet was free. Unfortunately, if you weren't right next to the office, you had no connectivity. Shop is well stocked and decently priced!

This campground had every amenity under the sun! It was a little off the beaten tourist path but we hated being SO close to each other! It was like being in a parking lot.

We have nothing but positive things to say about this KOA! It is one of the most beautiful ones I have ever stayed at (and we have stayed at lots of them!) The staff is super helpful and nice.

The last two nights I was there the wind was unbelievable, did not get any sleep. This probably happens every fall. I checked out one day early but you will not refund me for that day, I am very disappointed in your policy and will stay somewhere else for my next trip to glacier.

Great site for visiting the park with wonderful views right out our door! Overall friendly staff. Huge fenced dog park for running. 5th star given because of how well the owner handled a problem we had with one staff member.

Overall my stay was nice. However at check-in there was a staff person that I found extremely rude. She was being negative and said, "I hate them, I hate the Blackfeet", in reference to having to wear a face mask. You could clearly see that this made the employee assisting me, myself and other guests uncomfortable. Whatever your opinion may be, it shouldn't be said in front of guests at check in.

We have stayed at over 20 KOA's over the past 18 months, and the St Mary KOA was one of the least desirable ones. The grounds were not taken care of well at all. I know they charge more because they are just outside of Glacier NP, but to me it wasn't worth it.

The campground is very convenient to accessing Glacier National Park. The bathrooms were very clean. The campground staff offered a lot of helpful information, and the attached store space had hot coffee, which is what I was looking for. I was only there for one night, but the area was quiet and very scenic.

Very clean and friendly with beautiful mountain views. Great place to relax after our adventures. We appreciated the guidance given by the workers with questions we had during our stay about visit Glacier Lake and Two Medicine Lake.

I realize the KOA is a business and rules are required. We had to leave early due to unforeseen circumstances. At nearly a $100 a night, this is the same price as a hotel room and you can expect not to pay for a night if you left early. No refunds at the KOA. While everyone was helpful, I will probably stay up the road for $40 a night. (And I bet they won't charge me when I have to leave early).

The campground was great, good mountain views, reasonably level gravel pull through site. Very easy access between East Glacier, Going to the Sun Road and Many Glacier. The wind was bad with steady 20-30mph and gusts of 40 mph. We were there mid Sept. 2021.

Our stay at St Mary was a mixed bag. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Mother Nature, on the other hand, was not very friendly to us or the motorhome we were traveling in. The winds were incredible, ranging from dead calm to as much as 70 mph gusts. The east side of Glacier Park has a reputation for windy conditions. We lost our slide cover and left in crippled condition.

We went to tent camp, and by a miracle they had an Extra Cabin! It wasn't much to upgrade to the Cabin, and WELL WORTH IT!!!!! The added protection from the rain and wind! I am VERY Grateful!

Best little cabin! Super clean and had everything we needed. Trees need to be trimmed back. During 65-70 mph winds they scrape and bang on the sides and roof.

This KOA was excellent! Location was incredible, well stocked store, the private bathrooms were very clean and the staff were helpful and polite! Thank you for an incredible vacation spot!

RV site was nice, beautiful setting, wide and well maintained. Close to St Marys Glacier East National Park. The store was great, good variety. The staff was very helpful.

The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. The location is amazing — just outside the St Mary’s entrance and only 15 min from the Many Glacier entrance. It is windy, but there’s nothing anyone can do about that.

We stayed in the deluxe tent cabin and it was great. The room was clean and very well kept and the bed was super comfortable. We will be back again.

This KOA is blessed that it has some of the most spectacular views of the Eastern Front of the Rockies and Glacier! The facility is clean, staff were pleasant and helpful, the tent, RV, and camping cabins were well situated and there were spots with trees and some without, but they all had that amazing view. They are pet friendly and have a nice pasture that is fenced for the dogs!

They provided clean rooms, and bathrooms; they were helpful and rectified any issues . There was one incident were the bathroom was out of all toilet paper and paper towels, it did take them a while to rectify that( they had to clean the cabin first). Other than that, they did a good job.

From what we saw this looks to be the best private camp in the St Mary area. The staff was very helpful and we even received a text on day before our departure telling of us of severe weather headed that way. They kindly offered to allow us to check out a day early or extend our stay. Not many places would do that.

Absolutely loved staying here during our time in Glacier! We stayed in one of the small cabins with no bathroom and it was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We went during the last 3 days they were open so it was quiet and peaceful. Only complaint would be there is no where for food during this time because the park and KOA is about to close! Otherwise it was amazing.

Have stayed here a few times and the staff is wonderful. Late season camping and not crowded. We had a cabin facing trash dumpsters, smell of sewage and tall fence blocking view behind cabin. Disappointing location.

Family atmosphere with friendly accessible owners and staff . Outstanding gift shop with coffee and ice cream bar, dog friendly park , very clean bathrooms and hot hot showers , lots of options for tents , trailers , and cabins ….. plenty of amenities and convenient access to Glacier National Park / St Mary's entrance .
