We entered the park through west gate and drove the entire Sun Road to the east side. KOA property is just outside the east entrance and in a beautiful setting with all kinds of lodging one can imagine under the sky. We stayed at a Deluxe cabin with 2 bedrooms , one and a half bath with a full kitchen, outside grill with table & chairs also a back patio. Just Perfect for 2 couples!

Beautiful campground! Friendly staff. All the amenities! We stayed in the newest cabin for our honeymoon! We were very cozy and happy! Comfortable beds, soft towels. Fantastic views! I would happily stay at East Glacier KOA again!

I watched a camper let his dog pee on the water spout. The staff did not seem concerned about this. Otherwise a fairly relaxing stay.

What an incredible experience we had! All of the staff were helpful and friendly, the cabin and bathrooms were clean, warm, and cozy. The pool and hottub were perfect after a long day of hiking in the park. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I would recommend doing the extra commute and staying at the West Glacier KOA - we stayed there the two nights previously and it was a much more enjoyable experience. Campground was overall set up better, nicer staff, more amenities, closer to town where you can restock on supplies, pool and hot tub is cleaner, shower situation is excellent. This KOA is fine, but is lacking a lot.

We stayed here in a cabin during Aug 2021. After checked in, we headed to our cabin, but found it had already been occupied by someone mistakenly. The staff team discussed and offered us a deluxe and bigger cabin without charging more. We were very happy for the solution! Besides that, this is an excellent place to stay, great view and super convenient to the entry of Glacier NP.

One of the best KOAs we have ever stayed in. The staff is the best. The campground is beautiful, the views are incredible and the office/store is well stocked. Ice cream and coffee bar as well. We will Definitely be back

We were very impressed with the cabin we rented and the beautiful views! My friend that was with said "I never thought I would say this, but I would highly recommend this KOA!" The location was amazing and the gift shop was actually awesome and not super inflated prices like most KOAs I've been to.

Beautiful campground, Kamping Kabins were secluded and bathrooms were very clean. Awesome hiking trails around and the lake access was nice. Would highly recommend this KOA!

Inside of camping cabin was clean and well-maintained. However the outside needed to be resealed, our daughter got several splinters in her hands. The playground was run down and left lots to be desired. It was great being so close to the entrance of the park, unfortunately not a lot to do on the East side for reasons out of KOAs control. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

We ended up not being able to stay, but couldn’t get refund so took a nap and used pool. Would be nice to have more accommodating cancellation policy during COVID-times.

Great stay! The cabin was extremely clean and the small problem we had with the shower was quickly fixed. The beds were super comfortable, and we appreciated all of the amenities - including the extras like foil and a new sponge in the kitchen. I loved that all of the dishes, pots and pans, and even hangers were red - so fun!

First time to rent 2-room Kamping Kabin, and it was great! Bummer that the heating element was out in the bathrooms near us, so showering at main area or near pools was a little inconvenient. Otherwise, always a great stay here! Views spectacular! Staff always friendly and helpful!

The employees were extremely nice and patient when we asked them questions. It was very easy to get to Glacier Park from there. The cabin was a nice size. It was nice to have a couple individual bathrooms by the cabins and the showers/bathrooms at the office were nice & clean. Worth the visit.

Great campground, but a few things keeping this from 5 stars: Not NEARLY enough bathrooms for the size of this campground. When I was there, half of the showers were out of order, leaving a mere three showers available for entire place. Vegetation around the campground needs a good landscaping. Overgrown bushes and weeds everywhere. Also, laundry has way too many machines out of order.

Everyone was great, from Carol, who checked us in, to Teri who made our huckleberry latte. The cabin was very clean and smelled great. The bathroom/showers were very clean as well. I saw a female employee wiping down the women’s bathroom in the evening. It had been cleaned earlier in the day. Quiet. Beautiful location. Our fellow guests were very nice too.

The cabins are too expensive and the front screen door was broken (and had holes) so bugs could fly in. Other than that, it’s a very nicely maintained campground and the extra bathhouse was nicely put together.

Stayed in a "deluxe" cabin and it was so small, we could barely move around. Only sink was in the bathroom and that was so clogged, even turning it on to brush your teeth resulted in a full, slowly draining mess. Very overpriced for what we got. I would not recommend it.

Rented a camping cabin. None of the 4 e-mails we received stated we needed to provide our own linens/pillows/blankets. We would have brought them but, instead, we had nothing and the KOA refused to help us and refused to admit they never told us. The e-mails did say it had a foam mattress but, instead, it was a cheap, plastic, very uncomfortable pad that you would find in P.E. class in schools.

Extremely overpriced for what they offer. Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, no outlets in the cabin and terrible wifi. Hot tub closes too early and is always packed. Not enough bathrooms (3 for nearly 50 people). Other than that it was great

Camping cabin was easy to access and clean. Nice to have fridge and microwave. Laundry room was a plus. No screen door on our cabin so could not have door open. Not enough showers. And some were out of order so had to wait for showers a couple times. Staff were very nice.

Would have been a 5, but went with 4 because instead of having a short term door latch solution for the 2nd shower/bathroom stall in our area (needed due to a delayed part to fix the broken lock), it was simply left as "use at own risk" making it pretty much obsolete unless you had someone willing to stand guard. Made it really busy trying to share the only one at certain times of day.

Absolutely loved staying here during our time in Glacier! We stayed in one of the small cabins with no bathroom and it was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We went during the last 3 days they were open so it was quiet and peaceful. Only complaint would be there is no where for food during this time because the park and KOA is about to close! Otherwise it was amazing.

Have stayed here a few times and the staff is wonderful. Late season camping and not crowded. We had a cabin facing trash dumpsters, smell of sewage and tall fence blocking view behind cabin. Disappointing location.

Family atmosphere with friendly accessible owners and staff . Outstanding gift shop with coffee and ice cream bar, dog friendly park , very clean bathrooms and hot hot showers , lots of options for tents , trailers , and cabins ….. plenty of amenities and convenient access to Glacier National Park / St Mary's entrance .
