Campground was packed. Staff working hard but overwhelmed. Cabin was fine, but bathrooms were disgusting at times with clogged and overflowing toilets, messy floors and sink surfaces, and paper towels run out. Too few bathroom facilities for too many guests, especially during Covid. A real disappointment.

Besides the views, the KOA was lacking and the deluxe cabin was the worst we have stayed in, especially for the price. We did have a moose and baby come right though our site which was awesome and the convenience to the park is very nice. We have stayed in the West Glacier campground several times and I would recommend that KOA before I would come back to this one.

We absolutely loved it all! The cabin was charming and comfortable! It had everything we needed! The bed was sooo comfortable! Thank you so much for extra touches!

Cabins are great. Laundry and amenities are great. Great customer service. Sad about not having food choices this year on location.

Wonderful! And my cabin was right next to the restaurant, but at 10:00 pm the area went quiet! Great place and amenities!

We had a wonderful time; the house we rented was great. The pool needs some maintenance (cracked tiles etc in pool and splash pad not working). Please fix the wifi— it was largely broken during our stay. Really nice spot for a family vacation.

KOA's website states that pizza can be ordered onsite. However, we were informed by the associate that this practice had been discontinued for some time now. We were then referred to the local establishment "Rising Sun" but they were closed that day (Wednesday).

The Kamping Cottage was fantastic. The Kampung Cabin was not so great since it was quite far to the nearest bathroom and they didn’t provide linens.

Check in was easy and staff were knowledgeable and efficient. The cabin was clean. We did not have a picnic table and with bees nesting on the porch, it was not comfortable to sit outside in the evenings.

We enjoyed every second. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The place is clean with beautiful views and 7 min to get into the park. We stayed in the two bedroom cabin and it was such a perfect outdoor experience for our family of 6. Ty!

East Glacier was inundated with smoke and high winds, and yet campfires were allowed by campers in the evening. Poor priorities if customer desire for campfires outweighs safety and responsibility to protect the land. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe

The stay was very pleasant and everything was clean and well taken care off. The cabins were very nice and cozy, the bathrooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful!!

We stayed in Kottage #1. We enjoyed the aspens, columbine and of course the view of the mountains. The cottage was very clean and cozy. sleep was comfy and warm. The shower - plenty of bath products and hot water. The kitchenette - totally stocked with tools. Enjoyed using propane grill, jacuzzi and kayaking on Lower St.Marys Lake. Staff very helpful. Perfect location to base your GNP trip.

Loved our cabin! For years we stayed in ones without kitchen or bathroom, we’re too old for that now! Staff was very helpful and the coffee was delicious!!!

Positives: amazing view, friendly/ helpful staff, well stocked store, clean amenities Negative: put in wrong cabin at first, had to pack back up and move. Sewer by bathroom smells maybe needs service.

This is a GREAT park! First and foremost the staff is AMAZING!! The park was super clean, the bathrooms and showers were clean and hey, that's so important when camping so I give them kudos for keeping up with things as I heard they were short staffed. We paid extra to let our dog out a couple times a day and well worth it! I honestly can't say enough great things about this park! 10 stars!!!

Incredibly clean, very responsive to any requests and we REALLY appreciated that ‘quiet hours’ were abided by. This KOA was a better stay than the fancy lodge we stayed at the first half of our trip. Thank you so much for doing all you do!

Beautiful views, pool was great but the grounds could use some TLC. Our cabin was not very clean, tons of weeds and grass that needed trimmed around the fire pit/grill. We also had ripped screens in doors and windows. Could be a great KOA with a little bit of update.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin that was totally awesome. There needed to be more showers, more kayaks and more washing machines that weren’t broken. The store and staff were stellar and superb, pool was great. Location is PERFECT!!!!

The location is great for visiting the park, the staff were friendly and the bathrooms were clean, but the grounds and cabins are very run down and have not been maintained. Compared to other KOAs this one has been neglected. The pool was especially bad and needs improvement.

Our cabin was almost right next to the restroom (really convenient), and the restroom was clean and the showers were lovely with what appeared to be the rock from Lake McDonald. We enjoyed the store and had ice cream twice and appreciated that there were some groceries stocked as well. Our cabin was cozy and clean and suited our needs. We were so happy the store was also serving yummy coffee!!

Our deluxe cabin was perfect, clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and always helpful. The scenery - super. The cabins were situated in a way that allowed our family, 20 of us, to socialize easily. thanks for your hospitality.

Overall had a fantastic stay in St Mary!! Debi at the front desk was amazing! Facilities were overall very clean. There were some discrepancies with information between the actual property and website (checkin times and amenities).

Cabin was great- lovely location & views, well-stocked. For $ paid, way too many washers & dryers were broken (only 4 working), made very difficult to do laundry in a timely manner. Disappointed this facility advertises having kayaks for use, but didn't actually have kayaks because they hadn't gotten them certified for the season yet. If you're open, you should have things running as advertised.

Absolutely loved staying here during our time in Glacier! We stayed in one of the small cabins with no bathroom and it was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We went during the last 3 days they were open so it was quiet and peaceful. Only complaint would be there is no where for food during this time because the park and KOA is about to close! Otherwise it was amazing.

Have stayed here a few times and the staff is wonderful. Late season camping and not crowded. We had a cabin facing trash dumpsters, smell of sewage and tall fence blocking view behind cabin. Disappointing location.

Family atmosphere with friendly accessible owners and staff . Outstanding gift shop with coffee and ice cream bar, dog friendly park , very clean bathrooms and hot hot showers , lots of options for tents , trailers , and cabins ….. plenty of amenities and convenient access to Glacier National Park / St Mary's entrance .
